“Grandpa, I don’t want another toy!” The child’s cry grew louder, and he found an ally.

Adrian’s aura darkened, and he snatched the toy Beatrix was holding. "Even if right now you don’t know how to understand the child’s feelings, how about when you spend the whole day with him under the same roof?”

“I’m sorry, I was just carried away by jealousy as his mother. I promise, it won’t happen again.” Beatrix apologized to the gentleman with her head bowed.

“You know the boy is distant from you, so you should study how to tame him, not just like you do anything against his will.” Adrian continued to preach to the woman.

“Yes, I’ll remember and never do it again,” Beatrix said in humility.

Adrian sighed before turning to Clara. “Aldrin is coming down so you can continue talking about the wedding. I’m sorry for what happened.”

“Thank you, sir. Can I hug Tyler first, so he won’t be afraid?” She begged the gentleman, and she felt that the boy was still in a bad mood.
