Book 3: Chapter 30-Kindness

Arriana is not well awake when she sees that the video call with Axel has ended. She called him but he didn’t answer. She was also worried and wondered how it could have happened, so the choice she had left at the moment was to call Joan.

“He hasn’t been home since last night.” Joan was still sleepy while talking to Arriana.

“What? He went out last night and hasn’t come home yet? Where did he go and who was with him?”

Joan’s spirit finally woke up when the timbre of Arriana’s voice rose. “Didn’t he tell you?”

“Do you think I would be asking you now if he did?”

Joan frowned, and her friend turned sarcastic. “Celine is in the hospital and—”

“That bitch!” she interrupted Joan’s explanation, feeling anxious.

“I don’t know the reason why she is in the hospital. Don’t be angry and jealous because her condition seems serious now.”

Arriana started crying even though her friend couldn’t see her. She got off bed and went to the bathroom.

“When I have news, I will let you know right away.”
