Aurora's POV.

So basically, Alpha Logan wanted me to secretly follow Carter to wherever he usually went at night time. The same place he goes to and comes back all bruised up and covered in blood. That was where he wanted me to go.

He, as a man, should have followed him or maybe Declan or Beta Gideon to follow him and not a woman like me to follow behind him. What if he found out and decided to kill me on the way.

He would tell me that I would kill you and chopped your skin into tiny pieces and no one would know about it.

The thought alone sent waves of panic down my body.

However, I have been dying to know or see where he usually goes to and what he does that would leave him all bruised up and covered in blood.

It should be that he was some kind of cannibal that eats people while they sleep at night.
