I was glad that Steve was staying behind at the pack with Vic. Between Steve, Vic and Charles I felt confident that the girls would be made to feel at home in no time. Now it was time for us to go to the council to see what fate they would choose for Zane and the Alpha’s. I was over the moon when Chad mentioned stopping for coffee on the way. The boy sure knew the way to my heart. I felt so happy and relaxed on our way to get coffee. I let Chad get out and place the order, but soon I felt restless and wanted to be close to him. I climbed out of the car and skipped into the coffee shop only to see him stood talking to some hot chick. I felt my heart break, he told me that he loved me.
