The mating ceremony was to occurr in a few months time right after the coronation of the newly appointed Alpha Bryson following the death of his father the King.

I could recall the night the mating bond between us had been ignited outside the ballroom making us both so irresistible to one another.

And all that happened afterward was more of a story I would never want to forget. Apparently, due to the fact that we just couldn't resist one another the mating bond was sealed from us mating.

Although my foster father had been the known Beta to the late Alpha and king, which apparently made it easy for the mating bond to be accepted.

I stood right outside the mansion staring at the huge building in front of me which apparently I was to be fully known as Luna to the one great Alpha of the Blood hound pack.

“Carry on Ma’am” one of the guards who noticed I had suddenly wondered off in thoughts said holding on to my shoulders.

I soon got back to myself the minute his voice rang deeply into my head.

I held on to my little purse, which had my important stuff.

I moved over to the main door of the mansion as I pondered whether or not to open up the door of the house.

After a couple of minutes contemplating whether or not I should, I finally gave in.

I walked into the main house as I stared at the mansion in front of me.

And well apparently, this was going to be my first time ever getting to see the whole house in full lighting.

I stood there for a couple of minutes, wondering where else to go and was in need of an assistance to my chambers.

And just as I expected, a lady dressed in all white walked up to me by the door.

Her smile to me was far enough to lit up the whole room in a dark moment.

“This way Ma’am” she said holding on to my luggage as she led me up the stairs.

I wondered why the whole house seemed completely void of people, as we walked down the hallway I guess led to my chambers.

I followed suit from behind as she led me onto the hallway leading to my proposed chamber.

In no time, we had gotten up to the door I suspected was meant to be my room.

I turned sideways scanning down the hallway wondering why he had me sleep in here all alone to myself.

“He asks that you remain here until he’s ready for you,” she said as she helped in roll my luggage to the closet.

Ready for me?… I thought to myself.

I smiled to her, as I walked over to the door to have it closed.

I laid on my back to the bed as I wondered what exactly it was I was meant to do around the house as Luna.

And for a couple of minutes, I stayed silent staring up the ceiling feeling somehow idle and was in need if something to do.

I got up to my feet, walking over to the balcony wondering if I could get to see the road from up here. 

But unfortunately, I couldn’t see the road from up here.

I had given up on trying to see the road from my chambers and so I walked back into my room.

After much contemplation on getting myself busy around the house, I decided to finally walk out into the hallway.

I walked down the hallway, as I had my fingers trailing down the beautiful potraits hanging by the side of the wall leading down the hallway.

I walked down the stairs, staring at how huge and beautiful the whole mansion looked.

And just as I did, I thought of it to go over to his chambers hoping he would be more than pleased to see that I was in a haste to see him one again.

I climbed up the stairs leading to his chambers, as I wondered what he probably would be doing by now.

I fidgeted with the sleeves of my dress as I moveddown the hallway.

And suddenly my senses became heightened as I approached the huge door in front of me.

I moved closer and closer to the door, as all I could hear were disturbing sounds coming from the door.

I clenched my fist the minute I felt my wolf growl from within myself and knew something just wasn’t right.

I swallowed the lump in my throat as I had my eyes closed, hoping it wasn’t what I had in mind happening there.

I summoned up courage, holding on to the doorknob as I took a deep breath.

And then, I had the door opened.

“Oh yes!!”

“Don’t stop!!”

“Do you like it?” 

“Arghhh!!” Their voice echoed in my head as I had the door opened.

There I stood, with my mate right in front of me and unfortunately watching him thrust hard into someone else.

Her screams echoed up in the air, causing my fingers to suddenly tremble like I had just been put to a deadly test.

My heart suddenly felt as though it had been stabbed by the one person I had thought of it to trust.

I had my hand to my mouth as tears rolled down my cheeks with what my eyes had just seen.

My head felt so heavy having to witness such an act, which wasn’t just from any random person but from the one man I was meant to be mated to.

Just as I turned wanting to leave, I had bumped into the vase by the door causing it to fall and shatter into pieces calling the attention of the two individuals who were lost In the throes of their passionate sex.
