The minute Ms. Elsa said that, I knew we had just gotten ourselves signed up for more trouble.

“You have to be vigilant at these times,” Ms. Elsa said.

I laid in bed confused on what to say to her as I feared her words were slowly making me see reasons to be scared.

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“How do you know so much?” I added looking into her old eyes wondering why she felt so different from the others.

As I also wondered how possible it was that she always find it easy knowing my thoughts.

“All of that won’t matter in the end!” She said with a more serious look than earlier.

I was starting to see more reasons to be worried about the whole situation.

“Turn over,” she said, holding out a cloth.

She had the sides of my neck cleaned, taking off the dried blood clot around the little bandages.

The scene where I had been strangled, almost to death in front of everyone resurfaced in my head making my wolf so uncomfortable.
