Chapter 38 Bad timing

Zoey left Nana’s bedroom and even if her heart was unsure she made it clear that she will find Tristan and inform him that in six months they will have a pup together. She was hoping that this will give to both of them the peace they were looking for.

“He will be so happy” Tilly exclaimed and her voice was joyful, thinking that this pregnancy will bring Tristan closer, and he'll surround her with affection, transforming in the end into the mate she was waiting since she was only a child.

Zoey just sniffed the air, trying to find him, and not let herself to enjoy for nothing. She would lie if she won’t recognize the fact that after he marked her, she is longing for his presence.
