Megan's POV

That evening I was waiting for Izora to arrive at home and I was grateful that she actually came with her husband on the bus and got off right in front of my house. I was waiting for their arrival there.

“You've finally come, Izora.”

"Yeah, I just fulfilled my promise to you to come here."

I didn't immediately invite her to eat. But I chatted with her first while Bertrand invited Izora's husband to chat. I talked about the past and what he and I had gone through.
