RavenI finish the call with Dave and stand in the silence of the house. Why would Grayson call Dave and not me? That part alone has me questioning his intentions. Yet, I am alone. Emmett mentioned his mum being hurt before leaving. So the stories do match. I just don't understand why Grayson would call Dave. RavenI wake with a pounding in my head like never before. Slowly, the memories of what happened slip back through, my eyes snapping open, and I take in the room around me. Sitting up slowly I look around myself, unable to recognise the unfamiliar surroundings.
