Chapter 20 The Perfect Dress

After I agreed with Mia, we tried to list some duet ballet repertoires first.

It was a very challenging task. Mia and I each searched for some, but when we discussed them, we were both dissatisfied.

"Maybe we can discuss it over the phone later," Mia told me.

It was already late, and after saying goodbye to Mia, I returned to my residence.

Not long after I got back, I received a call from Damien.

He told me he was planning to take me to a New York City Ballet performance to relax.

I thought it was a good idea. The task of selecting the repertoire had given me a headache. Perhaps watching a performance could bring me some good ideas.

Damien quickly sent his assistant, Stephen, to pick me up, and we headed to the ballet performance venue for the evening, Lincoln Center.

After taking our seats, I received the list of the performance's repertoire. At the very bottom of that list was the New York City Ballet's staple, Les Biches.
