Alexander's Pov

I awoke with a fiery determination to tackle my official duties. It's been quite some time since I gave work the utmost focus. Wasting no time, I freshened up and made my way to the office. At my entrance into the office, I sighted the bunch of documents awaiting my attention.

I sat back, going through each of them with full focus. Suddenly, my personal assistant entered the room, approaching me with a sense of urgency.

"Alpha king, the luna's father is here to see you," he informed me.

I paid him no attention, my focus locked on the files in my hands.

"Boss, the luna's father is here," he repeated while I shot him an angry glare. I hadn't expected a visit from Isabella's father, especially not at such an inconvenient time. Why did he have to come and disrupt my day so soon?

“I wasn't deaf when you said that earlier, why did he come?”

“I have no idea, it should be family matters boss, I have no right to meddle”
