Jax has a way of saying something so self-depreciating in such a light and airy way it is hard to take it as seriously as it should be taken. Alaska barks out a laugh, her hip moving quickly to hit Jax playfully. At the same time the tension leaves her body completely. Arden and Cohen sit in the private room of the club. It is not the same club that Hayden lost his life, much less the same room. This club is much more subdued, and it is always Draven’s go-to when he actually makes an attempt to socialize, for the other three brothers and even their father, it is classified as the most boring of the countless venues under their banner but as like most things, it serves a particular purpose and no one ever opposes Draven's suggestion on the limited few times he actually makes one. Draven draws in a deep shuddering breath as his excitement peaks, saliva drips off his large teeth, his canines itch in his jaw, as desperate as he is for that kill.
