Chapter 4: Amaia Elisse
"The fed wants to raise rates because they've been yelling and screaming about it. They've been crying wolf for so long that their credibility is shot, and I think they feel the need to."
THIRD PERSON'S POV
"Da-ddy…No…Your wounds…" They rolled on the floor full of their own blood. The little girl recovered from her scream and look who hit the masked man.
She heard their angered growls trying to snarl at each other. Her father had gotten a chance to be on top of the masked man and immediately punched him. He looks worriedly at her daughter and gives her a faint smile... She was nervous about what's behind that smile and wishes not to hear what may come into his mouth.
She slowly got up holding her bleeding right arm, which made her white dress turn into a bloody one. Her innocent face was full of dirt, having messy hair. She started to walk towards her father but he stops his daughter from coming nearer and shakes his head.
"You have to go and live on your own now…Be brave, my daughter...You have to go now before his companion came. I can't be with you now and guide you---" She stopped her father talking and interrupted him.
"N-o…father…You have to stay alive…Please." She sobbed and continues to walk through his father's. Until they heard the howling of the other wolves that are coming to their place. His father had worried eyes and gritted his teeth.
"No…I can't afford to lose you… I will distract them, so you can move and run faster as you can. Now… Listen to me… They're coming…" His father looks at her with love. She wanted to react but her father shouts at her with anger…
"Run…Amaia…Run!" she got startled and nod to her father, crying for the last time seeing his face and her mother's lifeless body. She wiped her tears acting bravely.
"I love you, daddy…" She quickly sprints out of the Cabin and runs as far as she can. Before, she left far from those Areas she heard her father's last word, which made her cry for more.
"Live Amaia… Be Brave, my daughter… Amaia Elisse" until the last howl her father left in the middle of the night…
------------------------END OF INTRODUCTION------------
“N-o!” She gets up quickly, as she clutches her beating chest tightly. She mildly, blink her eyes several times to lessen the pace of her beating heart. She can feel the heavy breathing of her lungs, as she sweats a lot freely tracing to her skin as the clothes are almost wet due to the adrenaline rush.
“Not again…” She coldly said as she releases the air of breath and opens her eyes, looking around the decors in her room. All of the things and decorations were almost black, there's a few white colors of the room only her vertical painting on the wall at the center where her favorite weapons hang on the wall as one of her favorite collections and for emergency purposes. Also, the light bulbs on the ceiling and the lamp.
She looks at the wall clock and thought it is good to release her uncomfortable feelings in the gym. It's three o'clock in the morning and she can't feel sleepy again. She can't sleep back every time she remembers the past and terrible events in her childhood. It's been eighteen years had past and she was already twenty-eight years old. And the scars of her past can't be paid for anything, but only to get the life of the one who made it to her family.
She stands up and fixes her bedding. After that, she was directed to the bathroom to take a bath first. As she enters the bathroom where she can see her reflection being void of emotion. She didn't mind staying there for long as she looks like a lifeless statue bathing inside of the room as her brain cells were full of bloody imagination. Her parent's pitiful faces, being tortured on her front. Crumpling her fist, her eyes closed trying to remember the man who did it to them. Unluckily, she can't even remember how he looks like. She doesn't even know why? In the first place, she makes sure in the past to see the man's face and even clawed him. The certain thing she can hold was the mask of the man, the scars she made, and the tattoo. The tattoo she can't forget... It is on his left chest engraved the image of the black wolf eating the full moon. That's her only assurance to search for that kind of tattoo from the existence of the wolves.
'I will make sure to find that bastard evil, Mom and Dad. I will make sure he will pay for all of the lives he takes. I will make sure to rip his head and crushed his heart in front of your grave.' She gritted and controlled her anger. She closes the shower and covered her body with a white towel and go out to the bathroom. She goes to the walk-in closet where her personal things are and chooses an outfit for her morning exercise.
When she's all done and ready, there she walks out into the closet and as she opens the door there she saw a wild white furry creature in front of her. It has a tall of more than 8 feet that's why her room was a bit huge. Its white soft and white furry stands out in the black room she has, as the eyes of the mythical creature in front of her, were the left eye glowing from gold and her right eye glowing with crystallizing blue. She didn't even bother to notice the wolf's presence looking at her with a frown and worries. She sits in front of her vanity table, blow-drying her black curly hair. She can felt the presence of the wolf following her and seated on the black carpeted floor looking what Amaia does.
"Did you saw it again?" The wolf talk, unlike Amaia's cold voice. The wolf's voice was so calm, innocent, and sweet. Amaia sighed looking down at her giving a cold look.
"What do you think, again, Rei?Hm?" Amaia went back to what she does on her hair as Rei sigh from dismay. She would have talked again but Amaia stop her already making her mouth shut.
"Don't encourage me to change my plan Rei. It will never happen and mercy wasn't my style..."
