She was quite shocked when she saw photos of her and Dominic kissing and also saw the same symbol she saw at the hospital, of the first letter of her name and also the letter of Dominic's name. She was surprised.

“I do not know how true all of this is, I don’t know why it's so hard for me to remember. I also felt that Dominic and I had a thing but I wasn't too sure about that.” Isabelle said to Rita.

Rita believed her due to the accident that happened, which made her lose most of her memories.

“This should clear your doubt that you both were together.” Rita picked up the picture of Isabelle and Dominic kissing.

“That's right, but I do not get the fact that I would do such a thing when I am married. It is such an embarrassing thing to think of.” Isabelle said, and Rita's facial expression showed that she disagreed with her.
