Liam's POV

I tried calling Alice but her phone was not available. My heart fell as I realized that she may be in jeopardy.

I decided to drive to all her warehouses, hoping to get a hint regarding her location. The first one I walked to was silent, and the only thing I could hear was the sound of my footsteps reverberating off the walls.

I got back in my vehicle and headed to the next warehouse, hoping for a better conclusion. When I got there, the door was slightly open, and I could hear noises coming from inside.

I was sitting on the cold floor of the cell, my back against the wall and my arms around my knees. I've been here for hours, maybe even days, I couldn't tell. All I could think about was Alice, my beautiful wife, and what they could be doing to her right now. I prayed that they didn't hurt her, that they didn't do anything unspeakable to her.Suddenly, I heard the sound of footsteps coming closer and closer to my cell. I quickly stood up, my fists clenched tightly, ready to fight. But instead of seeing an enemy, I saw a man carrying Alice, who was now unconscious, in his arms.I felt my heart sink as I realized what had happened to her. The man threw Alice into the cell and closed the door. I rushed to her side, checking her pulse and making sure she was still breathing. I felt a sense of relief wash over me when I realized that she was still alive.I gently picked her up and laid her on the cold floor beside me. Liam's POV Ifelt a sudden panic rise in my chest as I watched Alice toss and turn on the bed. She was sweating profusely and her breathing was labored. It was clear that she was in a bad state, and it was all my fault. If I had been more vigilant, if I had been able to protect her better, none of this would have happened. I tried calling out to her, but she didn't respond. I tried shaking her gently, but still, she didn't wake up. I knew I had to get her to the hospital as soon as possible, and I wasted no time yelling out for help. Silver and Simone rushed in, and I instructed them to carry Alice and get her to the car. I scooped her up into my arms, trying my best to be as gentle as possible, and followed them out to the car. I felt her hot temperature sear through my clothes, and it was clear that whatever had happened during her kidnapping had taken a toll on her. We sped off towards the nearest hospital, and all I could think of was Alice. I kept muttering to her, telling her
