“Excuse me, Sir, someone is here to see you. He says it’s urgent,” Angela says through the receiver.

I wonder who that urgent person might be. I am so busy working out some details about a potential client I would like to work with, and I do not want to be disturbed. I have not even seen Ellie since morning.

“Send him in,” I say as I continue working on my laptop.

I hope this is not a waste of my time. A few minutes later, I hear a soft knock on my door. I answer it as Steve walks through. I wonder what he wants as we have already closed the Ellie case.

I place my laptop aside as I give him my undivided attention to this ‘urgent’ case he has.

“Good morning, Steve; how are you doing?” I ask, shaking his hand and trying to read his expression, but I see nothing on his face.

“Good morning Adrian, I am doing well. How about yourself?” he says taking a seat.

“I am doing okay. To what do I honour this surprise visit?” I say trying to get straight to the point.
