Amelia’s Pov

Just as Alexander predicted, I didn’t leave the room.

It felt weird and strange that I had the liberty to do what I wanted since the keys were in my possession. However, for some reasons I couldn’t decipher, I felt the need to stay around Alexander.

The man I had seen earlier seemed to be a threat to Alexander and I wasn’t willing to leave his side at this point.

I returned to the room after some minutes of having some time to myself in the bathroom. One was engaged as she glared at me as though she was at the verge of tearing me apart.

This was a strange decision, but I was willing to stick to it until the end.

“You are really not planning to leave?” One asked again, with a look of confusion on her face.

I gulped down hard and shook my head negatively. Memories of the past night with Alexander flushed past my brain and I couldn’t help wearing a smile.
