I was about to turn to face Elijah and say something, but my eyes abruptly caught Zendaya walking in the field with Lester, my chief warrior. The last time I met her was two days ago after coming to my office. I miss her, but I haven't found any good reason to meet her again. I wanted to call her to my office again, but I wondered what I would discuss with her. I just can't call her to my office just to see her, what will I say to her.

The only time we can be in a close space again is during the council meeting when she will be sworn in once again into the pack. That's the pack tradition. Anyone who left the pack and came back again will be sworn in by the council to fully be accepted as one of us again.

I smile as I stare at her. I hardly smile, but seeing her beautiful laughing face, I couldn't help but smile. She's laughing at whatever Lester is saying, and I must say her smile looks contagious. It looks so bright like the sun, and one could get lost s
