Qi Xiaorou’s eyes reddened at once. She was a typical girl from a small family. The image of her on the verge of tears could really elicit sympathy from men. Xiao Yihan was aware that he had gotten a little too agitated, and the tone he spoke in was a bit harsh. He apologized, “I’m sorry…”

Xiao Yihan had wanted to hold Qi Xiaorou’s hand to comfort her, but he stopped himself.

Qi Xiaorou shook her head and said, “I acknowledge the effort you put in. Brother Xiao, I really envy Jian Jianan. You’re supposed to be my man, but you have to treat her so well. Do you know how much I’ve missed you during the week that you weren't around!?”

Xiao Yihan glanced towards the direction of the washroom. When he saw Jian Jianan had not yet returned, he grabbed Qi Xiaorou’s leg that was placed on his lap and rubbed it flirtatiously. He continued, “My dear Xiaorou, you should know that my heart belongs to you. Jian Jianan committed suicide for me. Even though all I’m doing now is just for show, I still have to be by her side. However, I can promise you, my whole night belongs to you!”

Qi Xiaorou’s face blushed red. She shyly nodded at him when she understood what Xiao Yihan was hinting at.

After that, the two of them stopped making eye contact. Yet, under the table, Xiao Yihan’s hand was slowly inching up her thigh!

“Mhmm…”

Qi Xiaorou’s body was very sensitive under Xiao Yihan’s touch. She closed her legs, trapping Xiao Yihan’s hand between her legs.

Her face was practically glowing, “Brother Xiao…”

Xiao Yihan’s body also reacted to the situation in an instant. If he was not obliged to comfort Jian Jianan, he would have very much preferred to pin Qi Xiaorou beneath him and devour this seductive demon.

As Jian Jianan was about to leave the washroom, she met a woman who was wailing loudly over the phone.

Something came to her mind, putting a glint in her eyes. She stopped and called out to her, “Hey!”

The woman raised her tear-filled eyes, “What do you want?’’

Jian Jianan smirked, “Let’s make a deal!”

From afar, Jian Jianan could see the filthy deeds Xiao Yihan and Qi Xiaorou were doing. She balled up her hands into fists and growled seethingly, “They’re shameless!”

The next second, she regained her composure and fixed her hair. She walked back to the table.

“Yihan, why didn’t you deshell the crabs for me!”

Xiao Yihan and Qi Xiaorou were startled when they heard Jian Jianan’s audible complaints. Both of their expressions faltered, and Xiao Yihan instantly extracted his hand from between Qi Xiaorou’s legs, guilt on his face.

He scrambled to adjust the chair for Jian Jianan and replied, “I just received a call from the hospital. I’ll deshell them right now!”

This was Jian Jianan’s first time seeing the submissive side of Xiao Yihan. The aloof mien that he put on in her past life was just a pretense!

“That so? Do it now, then. I’m still hungry!”

Just when she finished speaking and was about to sit down, a shrieking voice pierced the air, “You filthy whore, I’ll make you pay in blood today!”

At the end of that shriek, a woman appeared out of nowhere and dashed towards their table. Before anyone could react, she poured a bag of stuff onto Qi Xiaorou’s head. The seafood on the table was covered in it as well!

“Arghh!”

There was a loud scream. Everyone ran for safety. The guests from two tables beside Jian Jianan stumbled out of the way.

Qi Xiaorou’s white dress was dyed red, blood covered her hair and face. The look of fear on her face made her look horrifying.

Taking in all the blood that coated her, Qi Xiaorou screamed unceasingly, her whole body trembling with fear.

“Arghh… arghhh… arghhhh…”

Xiao Yihan’s face changed and ran over to protect Qi Xiaorou immediately. He glared at the crazy woman, who had tears staining her face. Her hair was a disheveled mess.

“Who are you? What’s going on?”
