Chapter 32: Help!

As soon as the school bell rang as an indication that our class had ended for the day, with Zoey’s hand intertwine with mine we rushed out.

We are very excited to see Mommy and tell her the high scores we both got for an activity today. We continue to walk further hoping to see her somewhere, however, we didn’t see her waiting for us anywhere nearby.

“Where’s Mom?” Zoey asked, wandering her eyes around.
