“I planned on leaving early so the twins won’t have to see me leave. It’s not because I don’ want to say my goodbyes to them, but I think it will actually be harder for me.”

I just nodded, agreeing with his idea. I couldn’t as well imagine how Evan and Zoey would react if they found out Wade is leaving. However, I know one thing for sure, they won’t be pleased knowing about it.

Even though Wade had given me a heads up that this won’t be his goodbye yet, I just couldn’t force myself to believe it right away because he still leaving anyways.
