174. You Have No Idea

Lucy's POV

Everyone had left the villa but I managed to sneak off and stay behind. I hid outside, in the garden and my face was glued to my phone. I sat there patiently watching the security footage, waiting for Stacie and Susan to come outside.

I wasn't sure how long I waited, but the bitter cold didn't make me shiver in the least; I had experienced much worse than this.

The snow was still falling and the garden was covered in a blanket of white. I sat still, waiting and watching.

Finally, they began to leave. They left the villa and stepped outside. Susan looked quite livid but Stacie was smiling like the disgusting bitch that she was. She and her mother had made everyone's lives a misery and they had shown no remorse for it.

Stacie clutched a coat close to her body and walked with her mother who was in a heavy cloak that swept the snowy ground. They left the compound and took a right. I put my phone in my pocket and followed them, keeping a safe distance behind them.
