Chapter:-3

"Hi. I am Ashley Madden." Ashley said it with a shy smile.

"Hello Ashley It is nice to meet you. I am Damon. Damon Williams."

Ashley nodded her head, still facing her back towards her future alpha.

"Look like you love flowers." Damon said. Ashley just nodded again; she felt so shy, and she didn't understand why.

Damon didn't even react when the Omega didn't show him her face. It's actually good; he doesn't want to see her anyway.

"Hello Alpha I..." As Ashley starts talking, Damon cuts her off.

"Before you say anything, I... I want to tell you something, and I hope you understand me: I don't want things to become messy between our pack and our father's. I don't want their friendship to be ruined because of us." Damon said.

"Yeah, sure go a head." Ashley said while playing with her fingers nervously. She really doesn't understand. What's going on?

"I'm.... I'm sorry, Ashely, but we can't be mates; I can't accept you. I don't want to reject you as my Omega. I don't want to insult you, so can you please back off?" Damon said he is trying hard not to use his cold tone towards the omega.

Damon knows he is being a jerk, but he doesn't have another choice.

Ashley's eyes become wide as she turns around. But she can't see Alpha's face because of the darkness.

"What? What do you mean, Damon?, Damon?" Ashley asked Alpha. She is confused; isn't the Alpha already like her? Her parents told her how Alpha Michael was the one who wanted her as his daughter-in-law. So why is Alpha Damon saying these things? Her Omega already likes him, even if they can't feel or smell his scent.

"Yes. I don't want this, and I don't want you. So, I want you to go and tell everyone that you don't like me. I don't want this. And I know even you are under family pressure." Damon said it in a cold tone. " Ashley, as I said before, I don't want to reject you, so it's better if you reject this mating proposal. If I reject it, then it's eventually called a rejection. And I don't want to disappoint my family and my pack. And you also don't want them to call you a rejected omega, do you?"

'Wow, Damon, you are such a jerk. You hurt someone for your own selfish reason.' Damon talks to himself.

He can't see Ashley's face because of the darkness, but he can see how Omega is shaking.

'She must be crying.'

Tears start streaming down Ashley's face; she can't do this. Her parents want her to accept Damon as her Alpha, but she can't.

"Excuse me? Why? I mean, your family and my family want us to marry. Then I just want to know why you don't want to accept me." Ashley asked. She wants to know why Alpha is rejecting her.

He didn't like her scent, but Zia and her parents always told her. They love her scent, and it calms them down.

Maybe he didn't like her face? Did her parents already send her picture to Alpha?

Ashley snapped out of her thoughts when the Alpha started speaking.

"Well, to be honest, Ashley. I hate Omegas, but I don't have any problem mating with any Alpha or Beta woman. But I can't accept an omega. And I also have a beta girlfriend, and I think she is perfect for a future Luna. Ashley, don't get me wrong; my father also owns Williams Inc. And as a CEO, I also need to take care of my company. How can I trust that an Omega takes care of my pack during my absences? I hope you understand what I am saying, Ashley." Damon said he doesn't care if he hurts Ashley. It will be better if this shitstorm is over soon. So he can go back to his place and have a good sleep.

"Ok, I understand that you don't want an Omega as your future mate, and your pack is Luna, Mr. Damon. Actually, thank you for telling me all this. Because I will never marry someone like you, Mr. Damon Williams." Ashley spoke in a cold tone.

"Excuse me?" Damon is shocked. He thought Omega was going to beg like others, but she just

"Yes, Mr. Damon, I will never accept someone like you as my Alpha. My father taught me well. I know the difference between good and bad. Thank you for insulting me and my family. But I am not going to lie to my parents and elders; I will tell them everything you said to me. I thought you had some genuine reason, Mr. Damon, so I am sorry I can't lie." Ashley said as she started leaving the garden.

Damon still didn't see her face, but he could feel her arrogance.

"Don't make this hard for yourself, Omega. If I reject you, it will be hard for you to find someone else. No one wants a rejected Omega, and believe me, they don't even care about your story. So, you better remember your place and do as I said." Damon commands her using his alpha tone.

Ashley fitch to his alpha tone, but took a deep breath to calm herself down. Her father taught her how to control her Omega when an Alpha commands her.

"Don't you dare to use your Alpha tone towads me, Mr. Damon. And I know my place. But it looks like you don't know yours."

"SHUT UP, YOU PATHETIC OMEGA." Damon roars, his eyes turning bright red. He is controlling his wolf. He doesn't want to attack her and make things even more meek.

"A pathetic omega like me never accepts an arrogant omega like you.'" Ashley takes a deep breath as she feels her eyes turn blue.

"So that's why you're hiding from me, huh?" Damon chuckled as he mocked her.

"You are not worth it." Ashley answers him, which makes him even more angry.

"Look like no one ever put you in your place, Omega. Don't worry, I will. Beg me for forgiveness; maybe I will show you some mercy."

Damon doesn't want to reject her; his father and brother will be disappointed. But he can't let an Omega disrespect him; even Adira never talks to him like that. An Omega always respects other Alphas, no matter what.

"Never."

"Ok, fine, then have a great life as a rejected Omega. I am sure no one is ever going to look at you. "

Ashley closes her eyes as she feels her omega crying in sorrow, but she can't beg someone like him, who insults her and her parents.

"I am Damon Williams, the future Alpha of the Williams pack. The son of Michael Williams rejects you, Ashley Madden, as my future omega and my pack Luna. I swear to moon goodness I will never look towards you; I reject your scent and your wolf."

A sob escapes from Ashley's lips when she can't control her pain anymore; her wolf is crying.

'Rejection, Alpha, reject us. Beg to Alpha, Beg to Alpha.'

Her wolf keeps chanting inside her head.

Ashley wiped her tears and calmed herself down. She is strong; her father raised her as a strong woman.

"Thank you, Mr. Damon Williams. I accept your rejection." Ashley said and left the place without even looking toward the Alpha, who had just rejected her.

Damon takes a deep breath to calm himself.

What the hell has he just done? He rejected someone just because of his arrogance.

"But she disrespects me; she needs to know her place. An omega can't disrespect an alpha. I did nothing wrong." Damon said to himself,

He did this for Adira; he didn't want anyone to take her place. But he also disappointed his brother and father. His father, who gave him everything; his brother, who loves him more than anyone; and he disappoints them.

"It's ok, Damon; they will forgive you."

Damon takes out his purple rose, which his brother gave him. Thank God he didn't smell that Omega scent. He hates every Omega scent.

Damon smells the purple rose and tries to calm himself, but then suddenly he remembers how that pathetic Omega insulted him. Damon becomes furious as he recalls the Omega words.

He doesn't even remember when he would destroy the purple rose and throw it in the ground.

As the rose petals hit the ground and the scent blocker lifted from Damon's body, he froze.

'Mate, mate. Mate is here. Claim our mate. She is ours. Ours.'

His wolf starts chanting as he smells the same scent that he smelled seven years ago.

'Mate is back; she is back. Claim our mate.'

"Adira, my Adira."

Damon mutters to himself, and he runs inside the mansion as he follows the particular scent.
