"Then why is her scent the same as Adira's brother's?" "Why? Who is she?"

"I don't know Damon! But she is not Adira." Rayan said, Adira died in front of them; she can't just come back.

"No, brother, she is my Adira who came back to me! She made her promise and came back to me! Moon goddess, send her for me. I don't give a fuck if she calls herself Ashley, and I don't give a fuck to Alexander Madden. I am going to make her mine, and no one can stop me." Damon said in a dark voice.

"Don't be stupid, Damon! You can't do this! I know we told you to accept her, but we already hurt them so much that they are not going to accept you and us. And think about that Omega girl feeling; you can't play with her, Damon." Rayan is now scared for the girl and her pack. He knows how dangerous his brother can be.

"I will beg in front of them, and I will go on my knees to have Ashley in my life. Mark my word, Rayan, Ashley will be mine alone! Because Ashley is my Adira! I will get her back!" Damon told him.

"I will destroy the whole Madden pack if I don't get my Adira."

"Damon! STOP THIS! You are just getting out of your mind. Just relax and calm down! You don't even know what you're saying; you can't hurt innocent people." "ADRIA IS DEAD; THAT GIRL'S NAME IS ASHLEY, AND SHE HATES YOU, DAMON, FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HER!" Rayan tries to make his brother understand, but he falls back when Damon uses his alpha voice.

"I'M NOT GONNA LEAVE ASHLEY! She is mine, and I will lock her in my room if she doesn't come willingly. So Ashley is going to be mine! ONLY MINE! AND... I WILL MAKE HER MINE! AND you will help me! IS THAT CLEAR, BROTHER?" Damon said in a dark tone that he let his wolf take control; his whole face is red, and his eyes have become dark because of anger. Rayan knows it's not his brother; his brother never screams at him. Rayan sighed and caressed his hand, which was red now.

Damon Wolf is easily out of control when it comes to his mate.

Damon shook his head and started coming back to his senses; he didn't remember what he just said to his brother. His wolf always loses control when he doesn't get what he wants. And Rayan is the one who always experienced this, but he never told Damon about it.

"Brother! What happened just now? Are you alright? Did I say anything wrong? I don't remember, brother. My wolf is whispering inside my head!" Damon said.

"There is nothing we are just discussing about Ashley." Rayan answered him with a smile while caressing his hand, but Damon caught him.

Damon immediately started caressing his brother's hand, as beta Rayan can heal easily if someone hurts him, but if someone turns out to be Alpha, it takes time.

"Brother, are you okay? Should I call a doctor? Who put this mark on your wrist?" Damon ask. Rayan just shook his head.

"It's nothing, Damon, so don't worry. Maybe I got hurt by my mistake." Rayan answered him. Damon nodded.

"Brother... I request that you please help me get Ashley into my life! I realized I shouldn't have said this to her! She is my mate, and I hurt my mate! Please, brother, help me get my love back! It's so hard to live alone!" Damon begged for him, which broke Rayan's heart.

"Damon, you know I love you so much; I can give you anything, but this? Okay listen... Give me a night to think about it. Tomorrow I will find a solution for this, okay?" Rayan said, and Damon hugged him tightly like he used to do when they were younger.

"You are my best brother!" Damon said while hugging. Rayan keeps caressing his back, but he doesn't know what to do; he can't destroy someone's life because of his brother's craziness.

Rayan remembers what Elder told them years ago: the moment Damon gets his mate, his wolf will clam down.

While hugging, Rayan Suddelny heard Damon snoring softly. He slept in his brother's arms. Rayan knew his scent always helped his brother relax. Rayan smiled and made Damon lay on the bed properly, covered him with a blanket, and went outside. Damon held Adira's photo frame in his hand and slept like a baby.

While Rayan came out of the room, he saw his dad standing outside the room and waiting for him.

"His wolf lost control again, didn't he?" Michale ask. Rayan just nodded, locked the door, and went down the stairs. Michale sighed and followed his older son.

"I'm worried for him, Rayan. I can't see Damoon like this! It's been seven years, but nothing has changed at all! Even if we have taken him to Elder..." Michale said and ruffled his hair in frustation.

"And I'm worried for Ashley now, dad. Damon is getting crazy for her! Just because Ashley somehow looks like Adira, he is getting mad again and wants to make Ashley his! But this is really unbelievable! How can Ashley look like Adira? And most important, dad, her scent—how is it even possible?"

"The same anger and craziness I saw in his eyes again, dad. I'm worried for Ashley now! She must be so hurt, and I don't know what's going to happen." Rayan doesn't know how to handle this situation.

"I don't know how to fix all this! My friend is angry with me; my son is getting crazy; and we also made Elder and Queen upset! What are we going to do?" Michale is confused and angry at the same time.

"I don't know, dad! I was shocked the moment I saw Ashley! But this is not going to be a good decision if Damon and Ashley marry and mate with each other. If they become partners, Ashley won't be happy with Damon. I know! I don't want Ashley to feel like a substitute! The way I saw how crazy Damon became after he saw Ashley's face, I knew what was going to happen to Dad. And Dad Ashley scrent? I don't understand how it's even possible," Rayan said.

"Exactly! I'm so confused! Rayan, we need Elder Sebestian's help! I can't handle this alone at all!" Michale said, and Rayan nodded.

"Dad, don't worry, we will find the soul!" "I will handle Damon, and you will handle Madden. Even if they are angry at you, he is your friend! He won't break friendships so easily. " Rayan said this and patted the old Alpha's shoulder.

"I hope so too, son, I hope so! Now you go and rest; you are tired too, and... I'm really sorry for all this, son. You always try to make everything right, but still, people inside this pack don't give you proper respect!" Michale knows his older son is his best choice for future leaders, but his being a beta is a big reason why he can't be a leader. His pack members never accepted him.

"Dad, I don't care about those people; you and Damon matter the most. I just want my brother's happiness; you already gave me so much," Rayan said, hugging his father. Michale patted his shoulder, and they went to their room.

Meanwhile, inside the Madden Pack House:

Ashley is sobbing in her room while looking outside the window and sitting on her chair. She was hurting badly, and her Omega was crying inside her because of Alpha rejection. Her wolf begged her to go back to the Alpha and beg him to take back his rejection.

Ashley recalled Damon's every word when they were in the garden. Each and every word that Damon said to her was like a stab.

When her dad and her mom saw her crying, they felt bad for their daughter, but they thought to give her some space.

"I really thought you were going to accept me as your mate. Today, when I saw you for the first time, even your eyes were filled with anger. Even if you disrespect me and my family, I still don't know why my heart started beating so fast when I saw you for the first time. This is not good! This is really not good! I will make sure. I will forget about you, Damon Williams.'

''Me and my family want nothing but a tiny bit of respect, but in return, he rejected me and insulted my family! I'm never going to forgive you, Mr. Damon William! I will make sure not to show you my face ever again." Ashley shouted and screamed loudly and cried her lungs out. And because of all the crying and pain, she slept on the floor while sobbing.

The next morning, when Alexander went to his daughter's room, he saw Ashley lying on the floor. Alexander panicked and went to Ashley to start shaking her body to wake her up. "Ashley! Ashley! What are you doing on the floor? Oh god! Are you okay, my love? Please get up! Ashley! Open your eyes!" Alexander tries hard not to panic. Ashley slowly opened her eyes and saw her dad.

"D... Dad? What time is it? Am I getting late for work?"" Ashley asks in a sleepy tone. Alexander took a breath of relief and hugged his baby girl tightly.

"You scared me to death, Ashley!" Alexander said this while hugging his daughter. Monika came when she felt her friend panic and saw Ashley on the floor. She panicked too.

"What is going on here? Why are you on the floor, baby? Are you okay? What happened?" Monika asked her daughter.

"Mom, I'm fine; just my neck and shoulder hurt. I guess I slept on the floor last night and didn't realize while cr... " Ashley wished for the last part and looked down. Monika and Alexander smile sadly; they can't even understand how much pain their daughter is feeling now.

"I'm sorry, love; because of me, you went through this. I know rejection hurts, and you just wanted to look strong for us, but baby, just let it go. He doesn't deserve you! He doesn't deserve your tears," Alexander said, hugging his daughter.

Ashley breathes in her father's scent and tries to calm herself and her wolf.

"Honey, before taking any steps, we should talk to them again." Monika says this to her mate, which makes both her daughter and mate shocked.

"You are saying this? Really you??? Even after what Alpha did to our daughter, are you still saying this? Are you out of your mind, Monika?" Alexander tries hard not to use his alpha voice.

He doesn't want to insult his wife in front of their daughter.

"I know what they did was absolutely wrong. I'm angry as well, but if we think about all this again, everyone deserves a second chance." Monika looks toward her mate and tries to give him a short signal.

"Mother, even if everyone deserves a second chance, I won't give one to Damon because he hurt your and Dad's sentiments. Can't you see how disturbed Dad is? They insulted us, mom! I can't forgive at all! That's it, discussion over!" Ashley said she went to the bathroom and banged on the door angrily. She can't believe her own mother said something like that.

"Honey, you at least understand what I..." Monika tries again, but Alexander cuts her off.

"End of conversation, sweetie. I will find someone else for my daughter!" Alexander said, "Leave the room.

'We can never find someone else for her, and what happens if Williams knows the truth? We both know why Damon William calls Ashley Adira. We can't hide this truth now, honey. We can't..'

Monika looked at Ashley's picture before leaving.

Inside the Williams Pack House:

Damon's friend Braze came to meet him when he heard what happened at the Elder Sebestian party. Matthew also followed his brother. After a long conversation, when they were leaving for important meetings and Damon was leaving to meet his father and brother, Sara walked in.

"Who let the rat in?" Braze said as he rolled his eyes.

Matthew was ready to pounce on the woman if needed, but Braze had to wrap his arms around his older brother so he didn't do anything stupid.

"I'm here to see Damon." Sara replied, rolling her eyes, and turned to Damon, who was looking at her with boring eyes.

"Well, I was actually going to talk to you at lunch, but we can do it now. Sara, you're great. You're an amazing assistant, but last night, when I saw my mate for the first time,"

"YOU DIDN'T TELL HER THAT SHE'S YOUR MATE. I'M GOING TO-" Braze quickly placed his hand over Matthew's mouth, and only the sounds of muffling were heard.

"... As I was saying, I met-"

"But you rejected her, didn't you? I heard you even tell her about me being your girlfriend and future Luna." Sara asks, and Damon just rolls his eyes.

"She is my mate, so I will take back my rejection." I hope you understand, Sara?" Damon said, or, more like, challenged her.

Sara held up her head and nodded her head, saying, "I understand. I mean, we had a good time, even if we never did anything. Can we still be friends?"

Damon could see his best friends looking at him, but he doesn't have time for this nonsense, so he shook his head. "Of course."

Sara nodded her head with a smile on her face, but Damon was still able to feel the pain. Sara turned around, not missing the glares she was receiving, and left.

Once in the hallway, Sara leaned against the wall, not caring enough to even stop herself from crying.

"If I can't have you, Damon, neither can your mate. I'm going to make your relationship pure hell. You are mine and mine alone." Sara mumbled something out and smirked, beginning to think of how to go about her plan.

After Sara had left, Damon went into his room, sat down once again, and let out a sigh before he rubbed his head. "Go ahead, ask whatever you want."

She is your true love?

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US THIS?!?"

"HAVE YOU TWO HAD SEX?"

"WHEN IS THE WEDDING?!?"

"TELL US MORE, YOU MONSTER!"

Matthew, being the mother hen and the only one with basic common sense here, let out a loud whistle to silence the others. Once they had quieted down, he turned his attention to Damon and said, "Now that they've all shut up, you can explain. Why do you reject her if she is your true mate?"

Damon chuckled and shook his head before letting out a sigh. "When I first felt her scent, my inner Alpha freaked out. I had first noticed her scent, so when we were face to face, that's when my wolf left me knowing that she was my mate, my true mate at that."

"Does she know?" Braze asked, tilting his head to the side.

"No, as I said, I reject her already before I feel her scent. I mean, this whole thing is an arranged marriage, so I don't think our family expects us to be mates. At least, I know mine aren't; you all know how they are."

They all knew the whole situation already. How Damon rejected her and how she turned out to be his mate Rayan told them how she looks like Adira, and even her scent is the same, which is impossible.

"So what happens now?" Matthew asked after a moment of silence.

"Well, the courting will begin on our first day. I won't have a free day until next week, so I have time to plan." Damon then turned his attention to Braze and smiled, saying, "Braze, do you think you can find out more about her? I want to know her more."

Braze nodded his head as he let out a sigh of relief. "I really don't understand what's going on, Damon, but I hope you see her as Ashley, not Adira. It will break her even more if she knows the whole truth."

Damon nodded his head, trying not to think about anything. He is crazy, but he knows Ashley is not Adira, and when he thinks about her face and her scent, his mind stops working.

Sara was upset, even angry. She thought she had Damon in the palm of her hands, but of course she didn't, and she wasn't about to give up anytime soon. She wanted Damon, and she was going to get him, no matter who she had to hurt in the process. She wasn't going to act now; she needed to plan, and when the moment came, Ashley was going to be the one to suffer, and she couldn't wait to make Omega suffer.
