Everything that was said was never hidden from the men with us. It was made open for everyone.

We left the thin strip of vegetation and headed back to Gama's camp. It was going to be our base from where we would lunch another attack to liberate Muldoch and then help the Alpha to regain his leadership in the wolf clan.

I found myself alone with the Alpha under the shade of a tree around the woods in the camp. By now he was convinced that he had regained all that he had lost. His powers were back fully to him.
