War At Our Door Step

At the widow's mercy, the slave trader pleaded for his life. "Please, don't harm me! Have mercy on me!"

The widow ignored his pleas and went on to grab the sword that has been handed over to her by Steve. She positioned it in her right hand, while her left hand supported it. She raised the sword and flung it to the slave trader's heart but, not very close as to cause him any injury. It appears she was only trying to measure the distance of the sword from her hand to the slave trader. Perhaps, after that, she can go ahead to have a clean stab to his stomach.

The slave trader tried his luck one more time to plead with the young widow but, it was too late I guess. The hate in her for him could have prevented her from listening to any amount of pleas the slave trader was willing to offer. She was never deterred because she has made up her mind to end him just like he ended her husband without thinking twice.
