29. She looks so nervous.

Naya's POV

The event hall is huge, occupied with over two hundred participants and six judges standing on the stage.

The giant door opens and I see Sophie walking in with her racks carried by one of the event attendants.

She looks so nervous, but I don't give a damn what she looks like.

She's seated two spaces away from me and I pray other contestants would come and fill up those spaces so I don't get to see even her shadow.

Thirty minutes go buy before the door closes.

“It's 10:30am on the dot,” one of the judges announces as the door closes. “Any contestant who hasn't entered the hall by now has been ruled out from the contest officially.”

A cold chill runs down my spine at those words. They only add to my fear of how strict the judgement standards would be.

When I got the email of instructions for the second phase of the contest, I didn't waste a second before going on my fabric hunt.
