Enemy and Trouble
Brain opened his eyes and firstly looked at the ceiling. He smiled because he knew that Jerika was looking at him. He can feel her stare and he can feel her presence. He was glad to realize that Jerika kept her promise and she was their when he woke up he was not left alone as he was used to in that hospital lying in that very bed. He had someone know who waits for him rather than him waiting for someone to come to him. That very thought was peaceful.
“You seem very fresh. I bet you had a good night sleep. Don’t you!” Jerika asked Brian who stood up in a sitting position and looked at Jerika with nice, sweet, lovely smile he wore naturally by looking at her and Jerika reciprocated with the smile equivalent to Brian’s but then Brian’s smile faded when he started thinking something particular. Jerika looked at Brian’s face but she was really worried what might be bothering the man in front of her.

Daulat stopped the car in front of Jerika’s house. Jerika looked at Brain on the back seat that had fallen asleep. He was on lot of medicines and sedatives which might have been the reason; he was knocked off so easily. He looked in peace. In a bar…A man was having his drink when he suddenly realized that he is being watched. He knew that he had been under watch for quite a long time now and it was imperative to get rid of his stalkers. Antoine reached his home and ran inside. He took a breath of relief once he was inside. Antoine made sure to lock the door twice. He walked in opposite direction looking at the locked door and bumped with something… someone. Antoine was startled and he responded defensively. Isabel founded Antoine in a weird manner. You looked scared of something besides what is there to get surprised or scared?” Isabel demanded answers from Antoine.“I did not… I am sorry Bells… my mind was somewhere else so when I bumped onto you, I took it as a surprise. “What? What is it?” Jerika asked by waving her hands in air.“You said two years” Daulat told Jerika making her realize that Brian was not aware of that fact.“Why would you say two years?” Daulat asked in confusion.“Because it has been two years since your accident” Daulat answered plainly. He had no difficulty and no dilemma in telling truth to Brian. All the concern and crap about his health and condition did not matter to him until it become really essential for Jerika to know and reveal the truth. But Daulat knew Brian was tougher than he looks. He had seen it. Brian looked weak and feeble because of being in hospital in bed for two years with nothing but liquid intake through syringes and pipes but ever since he was back to his senses and was conscious, he was growing tough and strong both physically and mentally. Only an idiot will consider him fragile but Daulat was smarter to be called one.“

Jerika went to see Daulat. He was lying on couch with his eyes closed. Jerika sat on an adjacent seat. Brian was nowhere to see. He might have retired for the night. Jerika was tired too.
