Elora's POV:

“You were going to leave with him, right?” Killian asked as he stared deeply into my eyes from where he stood.

I could see it, I could see the fear that lingered in every stare that pierced through me. He was scared that I'd leave again, but as it stood, I had no reason to leave unless he was going to create one.

“I wasn't… I can't leave my Alpha, not anymore!” I shook my head as I let out to him, my eyes staring back at him to make him see reasons to believe me, to trust my every word that I had let out to him.

“Do you love me?” Killian asked, making me pause for a second.
