Odessa smiled, “So I have to come back with you to your palace right?”

Victor eagerly nodded, today was going super great for him. He didn't even have to put in so much effort. “Of course.”

“One year,” Odessa said.

“Pardon?” Victor’s eyebrows raised in confusion.

“I want to stay with my father for one year. You can come visit me whenever you like, but I won't be living in my kingdom for a year. Is that okay with you?” Odessa asked. Not that she cared anyway if it was okay for him. She had plenty of time to destroy him slowly but she needed to make sure she spent as much time as possible with her father.

“No, of course not. I can't wait a year. It's too far.” Victor frowned.
