No One Takes Advantage of Me

Olivia's POV

After my bath, I strode into my room and entered the walk-in closet. I found myself something comfortable to wear. I searched for my phone and checked the time. It was still early. Vera will be at work. I made a note to call her later.

I came downstairs and Chantel approached me with a smile.

"Good morning ma'am. Please what would you like for breakfast?" she asked me handing me a menu.

I frowned looking at the big file she was handing out to me. I just had a terrible experience and she wants me to look through some stupid book and choose my breakfast.

"Do I look like I have time to go through some stupid menu?" I snapped and I saw the smile vanished from Chantel's face immediately.

"I am sorry ma'am," She apologized, her voice very down and honest.

I instantly regret yelling at her. She was just doing her job. The ones I should be yelling at to my heart contempt were Alex and Maria. She had done me no wrong.
