Victor stepped forward, his stance challenging, as though daring Damien to make a move. His eyes glinted with a cold determination, ready for a fight. Damien, fueled by anger, took a step toward Victor, but Raven, acting swiftly, stepped between the two of them.

With the strength of her powers, she pushed them apart. It was no small feat—she was strong enough to move both men, who were much larger than her. They stepped back reluctantly, though Damien’s fury was still palpable.

"Calm down, both of you," Raven said, her voice firm and commanding. "Let’s try to talk this out first."

Damien snarled, his voice low and threatening. "There’s nothing to discuss. Raven is my wife. We’ve been legally married, and we have children together."

Victor's lips curled into a slight smirk. "I don't mind if she brings the kids," he said, his tone dripping with arrogance.

Damien’s restraint snapped. He lunged toward Victor, but Raven and Lucas grabbed hold of him, pulling him back.

Raven’s back slammed against the wooden chair as Alpha Boris loomed over her, his fingers digging into her jaw with bruising force. The pack’s kitchen smelled of roasted meat and fresh bread, but all she could taste was bile as he forced her head back.“No! I don’t want it!” she snarled, her voice hoarse from days of forced obedience.“Stop fighting, damn it!” Boris barked, his golden eyes flashing with irritation. “You should be used to this by now.”Behind her, Nema twisted Raven’s arms behind her back, her nails biting into her skin. “Just give up,” she purred, her breath warm against Raven’s ear. “You’re never going to win.”It was the same thing every day. The same torment that had been forced upon her since she was young. Boris’s father had taken her, slaughtered her guardians, and turned her into nothing more than a slave. And now, his son continued the cycle, keeping her weak with wolfsbane.“Open your damn mouth.”“Go to hell, Boris,” she spat. The slap came hard and fast, th

She flinched. His sharp gaze met hers. “If I wanted to hurt you, I would’ve done it already.”Her throat tightened, but she forced herself to stay still.Slowly, he lifted the fabric again. His fingers brushed against her skin, sending an unexpected shiver through her. The warmth of the cloth against her wound was oddly soothing, but his touch was what made her breath catch.“Tell me about this escape plan of yours,” he said. She swallowed. “When the summer solstice comes, I’m rejecting my Alpha.”His brow lifted. “Then what? Joining a new pack?”“No. Most packs don’t take in outsiders. And there’s no guarantee a new Alpha would be any better.”He leaned back, tossing the cloth aside. “Could also be better.”Raven let

"Now’s not the time to joke," Raven said. She couldn’t wrap her mind around what he was saying. She couldn’t be pregnant."If you connect with your inner wolf, you’ll know I’m telling the truth."She didn’t respond, just closed her eyes and tried to reach within herself. But the connection wasn’t there. The Wolfsbane had drained her wolf, leaving only faint traces. She couldn’t feel the strength she once had.Damien reached for her hand, and she felt something. The stirring inside her wasn’t just the remnants of her wolf; it was something else. Something deeper. She shook her head in disbelief. "But I can’t be... it doesn’t make sense.""You’re further along than you should be. Your body’s changing faster than it should. Most wolves don’t feel this until two weeks after conception."Raven blinked. Two weeks. She thought back to that night, but it couldn’t have been that long. She asked quietly, "How can you tell?"Damien’s eyes softened. "Your scent. I know it. It’s changed. I can sme

He grabbed Raven’s wrist, yanking her out of the storeroom.“Come on!” she urged. “The tunnel is this way!”Their feet pounded against the stone floor as they raced down the corridor. Two hours later, Raven sat in the passenger seat of Damien’s SUV as he drove through the woods, one hand on the wheel and the other resting possessively on her thigh. They had left pack territory nearly twenty minutes ago, heading deep into neutral land where there were no patrols, no eyes, no responsibilities, just the two of them and the heat simmering beneath the surface. His fingers stroked her bare thigh slowly, back and forth. His palm lingered near the hem of her loose summer dress, knuckles grazing higher now and then like he didn’t even realize what he was doing.“You always get this quiet when we’re alone,” Raven teased, glancing at him sideways. “Trying to behave?”He didn’t look at her, just smirked, his hand tightening slightly. “Trying not to pull over and fuck you against a tree, actually.”Her lips curled into a slow smile. “Is that right?”Damien’s hand stilled, then moved away entirely, returning to the wheel.Raven raised a brow. “Backing off already? Later that evening, Raven and Damien entered the wedding hall, the grand space bathed in warm, golden light. The scent of fresh flowers filled the air, and the tables were adorned with elegant centerpieces that glittered under the soft glow of chandeliers. "Wow, it’s so beautiful," Raven said, her eyes wide as she took in the stunning decor.Damien smiled, his gaze sweeping over the scene. "It is. And I’m glad Dominic is finally settling down. He needs someone calm like Miranda to balance him out."Raven nodded, her eyes shifting to Dominic, who stood near the front with a calm but content expression. "Oh, I agree. He’s seemed so at peace these past few months. It’s good for him," she said with a soft smile. They made their way toward Dominic, and Damien stood next to him, a proud look on his face as they watched Miranda walk down the aisle. Raven stood beside them just as Miranda reached the front. A smile tugged at her lips when she saw Jasper and Cora walking with Miranda, the two

Five months had passed since Raven had given birth to their son, and Damien had brought her, along with Cora and Jasper, to the Goddess Realm for the birth. Alex, their newborn, lay peacefully in a bassinet by the bed, his small chest rising and falling with every soft breath. The serene atmosphere of the realm was a stark contrast to the hectic energy of their everyday lives, but Raven knew it had been the right choice. Being here made her feel stronger, more connected to her powers, more like the moon goddess she was destined to be.Damien sat beside her, looking down at their son with a proud smile. “We go back to the human realm today,” he said, breaking the quiet moment. “I’ve enjoyed this week here with you, but I’ll admit, I’m ready to get back to the pack house.”Raven stretched out beside him, her hand gently brushing the soft curls of Alex’s head. “Me too. I miss having dinner with the pack and just... relaxing with everyone.”Damien leaned back in his chair and sighed. “I k

I love you exactly as you are, Raven. I don’t ever want to change you. You were born to be the moon goddess, and if that’s the path you choose, then I want to be there for every step of it. Every second.”Her eyes widened slightly, emotions rising like a tide behind her ribs. “If I stay the moon goddess,” she said slowly, “would that make you... the alpha god? The following morning, Raven and Damien walked into the dining room together. The room was filled with pack members, every seat occupied by wolves who had fought beside them, wolves who had waited anxiously for news of their Moon Goddess and Luna.As soon as they entered, the room fell silent.Miranda stood up first. “Raven, we are so glad you’re alright.”At her words, every wolf in the room pushed back their chairs and dropped to their knees. The sight was humbling; two dozen warriors, bowing their heads in reverence.Dominic stepped forward. “We are honored to have you as our Goddess. You fought bravely by our side and led us to victory. You have earned our loyalty for all eternity.”Raven felt the emotion catch in her throat. Her fingers brushed Damien’s as she took a step forward.“The honor is all mine,” she said with quiet strength. “And I’m grateful to stand here with all of you. Now, can I have the security update? I am sure a lot has changed since I've been unconscious.”Dam
