Chilled Cuisine

It was late in the afternoon, but Raisa was content to sit by the lake. The breeze always blew softly on her beautiful, yet painful face.

"Want to go home now?" asked Indri as she carried Anya.

Raisa's daughter had not been fussing or acting up, she only occasionally suckled and then played by herself. Anya seemed to know and feel what was going on with her mother.
