Chapter Twenty-Eight: Affair secretly

“Zeus, I can’t afford to lose this contract,” Mr Ashford said to his son sitting in front of him. He couldn’t afford to lose face to his opponent and more importantly, he needed the contract to patch some problems in his company. Zeus sighed deeply, he made a call to Elder Brown and he was skeptical about giving his father the contract that’s why he had to come in person “Father, don’t worry too much. I would visit him and convince him” Zeus reassured his father.

Mr Ashford scratched his head and his moves and facial expression were suspicious to Zeus, is there something wrong? “Father, are you okay?

I have been hearing that the other person dragging the contract with me wants to give his son to Elder Brown to get married to his daughter and that would only mean something, he would have the upper hand” Zeus’s father spoke up hesitantly.
