"How can you be so useless?! How can't you find out where she is? It's obvious she's still here, not off somewhere else!" Charles slammed the folder onto the desk, his anger boiling over.

Sophie, who had been quietly sitting in Charles' office, flinched at his outburst.

"Sorry, Sir, we couldn't even track down her purchase records for the gown," Roy replied, his head bowed nervously.

Charles pounded the desk in frustration.

"Charles, I think the person Stella's connected to has serious pull. Maybe she even changed her name to hide from his family," Sophie suggested tentatively.
