~Bobbie~

“... but I know I’m not who you love.”

I nodded my head, unable to lift my face from his chest. Since the day he kidnapped me and dragged me to their restaurant, I’ve never forgotten to thank the heavens for sending this annoying, infuriating yet sweet boy my way.

Any woman he’d shower with the love he has given me would be so freaking lucky. He’s kind, although naughty most of the time, sweet and caring, and above all, he’s genuine.

I will treasure all those songs he’d written for me for as long as my mind can remember. I’ll never forget that Zachary Stone, the rockstar wanna-be, once cared for me, loved me even at my lowest and darkest times.

Zach’s chest heaved. His hands that’s wrapped tightly around me loos

Awww. I’ve been a Jake fan from the get go, but Zach earned my respect in the end too. I hope his story turns out just as happy as Jake and Bee.

~Bobbie~“How is Esther?” seated on the sand, Jake and I faced the expansive water of the pacific ocean. Red cups filled with booze occupied our hands, our shoes digging on the sand as the waves tried to reach for us with a silent lapping sound. We’re far enough from the crowd. The chatter and laughter are still clear, but we’re close enough to the lights, creating a shadow of our figure in front of us. It dances together with the lively lights of the party.“She’s going to be okay,” he replied, elbows resting on his knee that’s tucked close enough so his arms could dangle in front of him with the red cup. “It’ll be tough, but she will be okay. Jack and I will be here for her.”I’ve yet to take the time and see Esther. What Jake said is true. It

~Bobbie~ I wasn’t even able to say goodbye to Mel and Candice properly. Jake grabbed my hand in his, pulling me up from the sand. He practically dragged me to where he parked his motorcycle. He kept glancing back with elation while we weaved our way through the crowd gathered by the beach. Mel and Candice caught sight of us from a distance. Both gave me a thumbs up that made my cheeks burn crimson. Damn. This felt like the first time we’ve held hands at school where we attract everyone’s attention to us. Jake gave a few nods of recognition to his mates, and some even patted his back. Everyone that we passed by seems to be more than happy that we’re back together. Yeah. We’re together again.

~Jake~Slivers of sun rays blinded me. My eyes squinted, feeling the feather-soft pillow where my cheeks rested. It smells of lavender, a field of it, and the gentle wind that’s kissing my skin evens out the warmth stirring inside me.Last night was the best night I ever had in a while. I didn’t want it to end, having her in my arms, just the two of us, forever. Her lips, her creamy soft skin against mine. Just remembering everything gives me a fat woody. With my eyes still closed, I let my hand wander in search of her warmth. I find it hard to open my eyes because of the sunrise beating down on my face from the open balcony. I don’t even remember opening the balcony last night or the curtains. She kept me occupied and I’m not one to complain. She can keep me busy all my life if she wants to,

I’ve been away from the app for a while and I was surprised to see how much gem you’ve given PMJ, Wilmarie Vazquez. Thank you so much, babe… I never expected anyone to love this book, much less stay until the end because it contains so much pain. I wrote this book in June 2020 at the beginning of this pandemic and I was at my lowest - Tough times like everyone else experienced. Not knowing how to survive each day financially a year after discovering that I am sick with something that will take time to cure. This is the first ever book I have written so it somehow became a vent out of all my emotions… And the plot is shaky ;) A little confession. This is supposed to be the end of this book and there should be a book2, but I can’t do that to you guys so I decided to rewrite the ending. And no, it won’t take a hundr

I’ve thought about it throughout the night, staring at his beautiful face in the dark while he sleeps peacefully with a smile on his lips. It’s unfair to him, but I can’t let him carry my burdens anymore. It’s time for me to fix myself and face my demons… alone.Last night was amazing and painful at the same time. ~Bobbie~ Jake’s vice hold on my arm is firm yet not tight enough to leave a mark on my skin. He dragged me out of the airport. My protest fell on deaf ears as I wiggle out of his grip. “Jake. My flight’s leaving soon!” I grumbled once more, trying to pull my arm from his hold. He merely chuckled as we reached where he parked his motorcycle. “Don’t you even try to lie to me again, St. Clair.” He huffed, shoving a helmet on my chest. “I had a friend of mine check every flight bound to Athens today. Funny thing is, your name is not on those damn flights. Not even the ones that left this morning, so don’t try to test me.” I couldn’t look him in the eyes because then he would know how many lies I’ve had to conjure until this point. How much courage I had to muster just to

Seven Years Later~Jake~Spent and dripping with sweat, the woman beside me snuggled closer to my body. Seductive red-painted fingernails glide along the rigid specs of my chest as she drifts to sleep. Violet is a Victoria secret model that I’ve been spending time in bed with for a month now. She’s pretty, there’s no question about that. A body that would have any man’s attention if she wanted it, but she settled for a no-strings-attached relationship with me.It’s not her body that draws me to her, it’s not her face but her hair and eyes. The quintessential image of that woman who still holds my heart in chains after seven fucking years.Violet slept with a smile on her lips like always while I sat up and rubbed my palms over my face,

I used my headphones and played a very loud Eminem song. It’s not working...‘Best friends.’My bedroom door swung open, and I looked up to Dad from the book I was reading, taking my headphones off.“When are you going to stop giving me a heart attack, Bobbie?” He tried to sound stern, but I knew better. He was the perfect solution to my problems, but there was only one condition he asked before promising me his ‘I do.’ “Don’t fall for me,” was his unbreakable rule. I laughed at him that day, thinking how easy it is to follow his stupid rule. I’m in love with my ex-fiance, his younger brother Calvin, so what could possibly go wrong? I agreed without hesitation, seeing him as the ticket out of my life’s predicament. Like a raging wave, the realization of my vow’s weight crashed on me.

~Bobbie~ ~Last night~ “I’m Adonis, and I’ll make you happy, Athena.” “Sorry, Bobbie,” Mel muttered beside me. “I can’t do this thing alone.” “It’s your bachelorette party, Mel,” I groaned and shivered when I felt a calloused hand grazing my knee. “You’ll be sorry for this later, Melissa,” I hissed, and again, the hands drew circles on my inner thigh, rising higher and higher. Mel was moaning beside me, and I could hear the girls giggling and laughing gingerly. Those same hands now held both of mine and guided it somewhere in front of me. My hands came against a warm solid skin - very toned skin must be his chest. He guided my hands down to his abs, and he has a good pack, 8 packs I counted. “Oh G

~Bobbie~ The girls were ready to go out, and so were the boys. We walked out of Mel’s room and found them already drinking and fooling around. These men cleaned up well, but my eyes were fixed on Jake, at least when he wasn’t looking at me. He was wearing a simple polo and fitted jeans, and I think they plan to go clubbing as well. “Bobbie,” I stiffened when I heard Jake’s voice so close to me. He sounded as if he already had too much to drink. With his hand gripping my arm, he dragged me to the patio, away from our friends. “What?” I snarled, hauling my arm from his grip. I’m still pissed about seeing him with Elise. My eyes locked with his but the look on his hues rendered me speechless. I was wearing a red cocktail sp

This scene would be an alternate reality if that rooftop episode didn’t happen. ;) ~Bobbie~ I kept punching and kicking until memories of Jake and that blond were out of my head. I rolled my eyes. “I wish I don’t have feelings like this punching bag.” She takes a seat on the wooden chair while sipping her coffee. I’m in their place outside of town, and I didn’t realize that I’d confined to her. She once made it her life’s mission to make my life miserable, but here we are now. ~Jake~ I told myself not to cry. I told myself crying makes me weak, and the fact that my friends teased me that entire day, saying that I was a crybaby, annoyed me to hell. I couldn’t help it. She was damn beautiful that day. I found it hard to believe how lucky I am to be waiting for her at the altar. The moment she entered the church holding Damien’s arm, wearing the dress as white as snow, it made her tanned skin stand out. That day is still vivid in my head. How that strapless gown hugged her upper body down to her waist as the skirt flowed while she walked to where I waited. It’s a magical moment. The images of us together slipped into my head like a fast-forward play of a movie. “Dad!” The sound of little balls of energy running down the stairs of our house pu

~Bobbie~ There are still people who believe in destiny. Some might find it funny and childish. I, for one and for a long time, forgot how much happiness believing in destiny brings. ~~ I remember when I first met Jake. That annoying boy who took amusement in watching me run away from that little beast in Nonna’s garden. It’s payback time. I’ve been suppressing the fit of giggle that wanted to erupt from my tummy just by looking at Jake’s paling cheeks. He’s been chewing on his lips since the plane took off. ~Jake~The wedding was beautiful, but my eyes were fixed on Bobbie and not on the groom and bride. She never fails to enchant me with her beauty. She was wearing a simple light blue gown, matching the dress shirt I was wearing, the same theme with the entire entourage. It only differs in the shade. The pleated sleeveless dress, with the keyhole neckline, is teasing me with the little skin she’s flaunting. A part of her cleavage is showing, and I longed to run my fingers and lips over her creamy soft skin while watching her squirm under me.Damn. I’ve never wanted anyone as much as I wanted her. ~Bobbie~Our friends were dead serious about locking Jake and me out here until morning. I don’t mind though. There was enough firewood to keep us warm through the night and there was another set of an actual tent with sleeping bags for our disposal. They prepared a lot of food for us as well. How thoughtful was that? I mentally laughed at their support for our love. There was even a note that said, ‘you two are not allowed inside the house in the morning unless you un-break your break up.’I have no doubt that this was Mel and Candice’s idea. They’re the only ones bold enough to get on my bad side this way. They knew I would never hate them, though.Jake and I got rid of the satin tent and its sparkling romantic lights, put up the tent we w
