I feel like I'm losing my mind. It's been almost eight hours since Savannah was taken, and I still have no idea where she is.

I've been doing everything I can, but nothing seems to be working. The van that took them was found miles away with no surveillance cameras, so there was no way to tell which direction they went.

“Calm down, Dominic, we're going to find her,” Chris says, and I spin around to face him. “We have the best people on this.”

“The best? How can they be the best if we still can't locate my woman and child?!” I snap, running my hands through my hair. “I don't understand why someone would do this, why they would kidnap her.”

Janelle is clinging to Chris, her eyes red from crying. “Could it be the same person who hit her car?”
