If Zara’s betrayal was a hit to him, it was nothing compared to the betrayal he felt seeing the person in front of him. Of all the people, he never expected him to be the culprit.

“Weren’t you coming back on the next flight?” Abram asked, turning around and facing him.

“Indeed I was. I was about to leave, but my motion sensor alerted me of your arrival,” he replied.
