Finding Myra

While Sharon was moved to a normal ward, Abram requested Daniel to be with her while he checked on his father. For an hour, both father and son stood outside the operating room, waiting for it to end.

As soon as the light above the OT’s door turned off, their stances went alert.

“Congratulations, your wife is out of the coma. Everything went well, but we have sedated her for recovery,” Dr. James announced, removing his mask.

“Out of coma?” Noah asked dumbfounded

“Yes, Mr. Aly. Earlier, when her body went into shock, it was a reaction to the treatment, but still, we have to remove the clot to avoid future complications. Didn’t I say miracles happen?” he smiled, patting Noah’s shoulders.

“We will move her into the ward soon. By the way, who is Zara? The patient was crying whiile calling her name.”

The moment Abram heard the doctor, the missed piece finally was put in its right place. The surrounding blurred around him and his eyes flashed with determination.
