You are stuck.

Amanda: A few hours earlier

The world around me was a blur, of muffled sounds and people walking all around. I felt Beatrice and Alex, their arms strong and unwavering as they carried me to safety. Each step they took sent jolts of pain through my body, as if my entire being was on fire, yet I was still numb in places.

I could barely understand what was happening, my senses dulled by the agony and exhaustion. Voices, familiar yet distant, floated around me, fragments of concern and urgency mixing together in a haze.

"Is she going to be alright?" one voice, deep and gruff, cut through the fog. I recognized it as Greg, one of my loyal warriors, his tone filled with worry.

"I don't know," Beatrice's voice trembled slightly, betraying her usual calm demeanor. "We need to get her back to the pack house, now."

I wanted to reassure them, to tell them I was still here, but my mouth refused to obey. My eyelids felt like lead, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't open them. Panic bubbled
