I didn’t know whether to call it luck or being blessed but if there was one thing i knew, it was that things somehow worked in my favor. It had only been a stroke of luck when Amanda was called away and by no other person but my wife. Now, alone in the dank, dark place she had put me in, I knew I needed to do everything possible to free myself or else, when she came back, I would find it much worse.
