The moon hung low in the sky, casting an eerie glow over the battlefield. I stood at the edge of the clearing, my heart pounding in my chest. The air was thick with tension, and every nerve in my body screamed at me to run, to hide, to escape but I couldn't. This was it. The final showdown between me and Zane. There was no turning back now. I had to face him, to confront the man who had taken everything from me. I had to beat him once and for all.

I clenched my fists, feeling the rough bark of the tree behind me digging into my back. I had to steady myself, to focus. The memory of Zane's betrayal burned in my mind, fueling my resolve. He had taken my family, my friends, and my home. He had left me with nothing but a burning desire for revenge. And now, it was time to make him pay.

"I know you're out there, Amanda," Zane's voice cut through the silence like a knife. I tensed, my eyes scanning the shadows for any sign of movement.

"There's no point in hiding. Come out and face m
