Killing The Betrayer
I looked up to see a tall well defined muscular build guy with short trimmed black hair walking up to us, his stature very imposing.
Once Derrick sighted him I noticed his jaw clenched, his teeth grinding together as he muttered under his breath, “Desmond.”
“So this is Desmond” I thought inwardly apart from what Derrick had earlier told me. I have heard a lot about him earlier when I was doing my research about the Firestorm pack for my vengeance. I stared at him more intensely to get a better view.
Desmond’s eyes gleamed with something fishy as he approached us. “What do you want?” Derrick asked, directly his sharp tone at Desmond
Desmond smirked, his look roaming on me with an unspoken mischief. “Oh, I was just passing by and this beauty caught my attention. Brother, so tell me, is she one of your sneaky links?”
His words made me boil in anger. How dare he refer to me as a sneaky link? I bit back my words, struggling to keep my anger in check.
“Derrick She is my new maid, and she has no business with you” Derrick replied, his voice tight with barely suppressed anger.
Desmond chuckled, clearly enjoying the discomfort he was causing. “How come your new maid is this beautiful, brother? How about you give her to me for just a night?”
I could feel my face heating up, my fists clenching at my sides. I wanted to kill this human being if I could. The audacity of this man was annoying. Derrick’s expression darkened, his eyes narrowing with a hint of hesitated danger.
“Would you stop talking nonsense Desmond?” Derrick snapped.
Desmond laughed, a mocking sound that was getting on my nerves. He reached out, his hand moving closer to my face. I flinched, jerking my head away from his grasp. Desmond’s chuckle echoed in my ears as he retracted his hand.
“Quite aggressive, see you around, beauty,” he said with a smirk before walking away, leaving a mood of unease with his actions.
As soon as Desmond disappeared from sight, I felt relieved even though my anger was still at its peak. I turned to stare at him in disgust as he walked away but my attention quickly shifted when I spotted a familiar figure emerging from the pack house. It was Andrea. My heart raced, a new wave of fury coming up within me. What the fuck was Andrea doing in Alpha Jethro's pack house? Everything was just not making sense, I just hoped it wasn't what I was thinking.
My heart pounded in anger, I could still remember all my teammates in the pool of their own blood Mia groaned in my head I could sense her anger. So Andrea was the one who had betrayed us to the Firestorm Pack.
My hands clenched into fists, my nails piercing into my palms. The sight of him alone made my blood boil Derrick, sensing the difference in my attitude, turned towards me.
“Are you okay?” Derrick asked genuinely but I could barely hear him.
“What are you staring at?” he asked with curiosity. His eyes followed my gaze, I immediately cut him off his suspense.
“Nothing. I... I need to use the restroom now,” I said, my voice trembling despite my best efforts to sound composed. Derrick, not understanding the gravity of my distress, gave me a nod.
“It's no problem,” he said and I immediately stood on my feet. I needed to meet up with Andrea “that betrayer, son of a bitch” I cursed inwardly.
As soon as I was out of Derrick’s sight, I moved as fast as I could, I quickened my steps, my heart pounding in anger. my eyes locked on Andrea’s retreating figure. My anger was a living thing, a beast that pushed me forward, demanding retribution.
When I finally reached Andrea, I didn’t hesitate. I grabbed him by the arm, yanking him forcefully into a silent corner where no one was watching. I could see the shock in his face as he stared into my eyes. He tried to form a word but couldn't.
“How dare you betray me?” I blurted out allowing my wolf Mia to take control of me. I didn’t give her a chance to respond. Mia's anger was already at its peak, a series of blows landed on his cheek at intervals. He tried to defend himself but gave up I was no match to anyone of them I had trained every member of my teammates he fell to the ground begging
“Stop, Olivia!” Andrea’s voice cracked as he tried to defend himself.
“What the fuck are you doing in Alpha Jethro’s pack?” I demanded, my voice growing louder than I intended I couldn't help my anger the fact that I have to leave now as a maid in my enemies pack irritated me the more,
He didn't say a word in response that even got me more pissed. His silence was maddening, his gaze fixed on the ground.
“Really? So you betrayed us to Alpha Jethro? You traitor!” My words were sharp, everything reminding me of the lives lost and the trust broken. “Do you even realize how many of us died because of you?”
Andrea’s voice, barely a whisper, quivered with desperation. “I wasn’t ready to die with you all... I have a life. No one can defeat Alpha Jethro. That’s why I surrendered myself.”
His confession was like a knife stuck in my heart, I would never have imagined one of my teammates would be that selfish . Her words only fueled my rage. I gave in finally to Mia without a second thought i transformed my claw coming out sharp ignoring the please coming from his I dung my claws into her chest his fry for pain was loud but it did little to sooth my anger I dung my claws out of his chest transforming back
I stared at Andrea’s form crumpled to the ground, his breath coming in ragged gasps. The sight of his lifeless body beneath me was pleasing to see. My anger, while momentarily sated, left me with a hollow feeling. I stood over her, my chest heaving with the aftermath of my rage.
I looked around to make sure no one was staring, I had no regrets, it was like taking one of my enemies down. My biggest enemy was Jethro the cruel Alpha and I will get him down by all means, I don't care how hard it will take me, he must die by my claws.
I made sure not to leave any traces of my fur or me anywhere close to the dead body in order not be caught. but I left the dead body since there was no way I could dispose of it without being seen. I walked out of the scene and walked towards the garden where I and Derick were earlier
I quickly composed myself and headed back to Derrick, who was still in the garden. “What took you so long?” he asked, his voice tinged with suspicion.
“Nothing, really I just took my time.” I replied, forcing a smile.“Let’s head inside.”
He nodded, and we walked back to his chamber. I just kept wondering how Derrick sees me or who he perceives me to be, maybe a helpless lady. but I am not any of that. I am a lady driven with vengeance and I will stop at nothing until I get just that. I thought inwardly but pushed it aside, focusing on what Derrick wanted to say.
The Night That Changed It AllI sat on the hills. as I watch the sunset, the birds sound creeping in the midst of the thick woods, that has become my safe place. I looked up, all my senses at alert as I surveyed the landscape, there was a hint of unsettling within my heart like a fear of loss, but I am surely not backing down, the only sound I could hear, the only thing I could think of was vengeance, revenge.I wasn't always like this, I wasn't always the hardened relentless girl, consumed with desire for revenge. I was once the cherished daughter, the pride and happiness of the moonlight pack. My father Alpha Desmond was a strong and passionate leader, respected by many within and outside our pack. My mother Luna Helen was the heart and soul of our pack, so loving and caring, always seeing to the affairs of the women and children. I was their only child, Olivia Rayman the apple of their eyes, I could say I was born with a silver spoon, I had everything I wanted and life was like a b
Ambush And CaptureIt was finally The morning of our long planned battle. I picked up my mother's necklace. “mum, dad, I hope you are watching, your daughter is ready to avenge your death”. I said holding the necklace close to my chest. As I walked out of my tent, my mind raced with unknown fear I waved off the fear knowing fully well I had perfected my plans. Every detail had been perfectly strategies. I couldn't afford any mistakes. Just as I stepped out, Michael walked up to me, his expression tense. I could tell something was wrong before he even spoke. “Olivia, we have a problem,” he said, his voice sounding urgent.I turned to face him, my brows furrowing with concern. “What is it?”“It's about Andrea. He says he's not feeling too well,” Michael explained.“Andrea? But he was perfectly fine yesterday. He was the one who suggested our ambush point,” I said, confusion noticeable in my voice. Michael nodded, “He was so active and involved in the planning. This sudden illness se
Living In The Enemies DenI followed behind the guy who I could call my savior, my thoughts were filled with confusion. How is it that my enemy's son is helping me? I trailed closely, keeping my distance as we walked through corridors. We reached his chamber, and he opened the door for me, a motion that surprised me also.“Why did you help me?” I asked, stepping inside curiously.“Is that what I get for saving your life?” he asked, a smirk playing on his lips.“I didn't ask you to,”I snapped, folding my arms on my chest with a defensive look.“So, you wanted to waste your life?” he challenged, with a narrowed look.I went mute, unable to form a word in my head. His words struck deep.“A thank you would have been enough to appreciate,” he said slowly, with sarcasm in his tone. “I saved you because I hate to see a tall beautiful lady with long auburn silky hair, striking blue eye, long legs, shimmering skin, waste her life” he explained staring at me intensely He chuckled, and my eye
Rogue MaidThe next morning, I felt a hand trying to wake me. It was Derrick. I opened my eyes standing up immediately “Can you. Prepare a bath?” he asked, his tone serious .“Why” I questioned him with a baffled look not getting his point.“Remember I sacked my personal maid because of you, now I need someone to prepare my bath, I can't do it myself” he said genuinely leaving me with no choice.I blinked sleepily, I got up and made my way to the bathroom. As I prepared the bath, memories of my childhood surfaced. I remembered how soothing it was when I was younger, how my maids would prepare my bath with so much care. The warm water, scented oils, and the comforting feeling of being taken care of. A tear threatening to roll down I sniffed, fighting back the tears I hate showing any weakness.Once the bath was ready, Derrick entered the bathroom. “Thank you,” he said curtly, not even glancing at me as he undressed.I quickly redirected my gaze, “you could have just told me to leave”
