Chapter 4

"I beg your pardon our Queen, but we have not received any news about a very powerful creature referred to in the prophecy," said one of the Queen's soldiers from their search about the nymp that Queen Victoria feared of.

"Idiot ones!!! I didn't tell you to come back here without any good news to tell me!!!" she shouted loudly and furiously. Because of her anger she turned one of the soldiers into rock with her power of evilness.

Because of what Victoria did, everyone in front of her felt soo scared.

"All of you! Get out of my sight right now and you have to find that bastard mermaid that will end us all!!!" she shouted again and got even angrier.

The anger of Victoria caused the whole kingdom of Arcticus to shake violently and even the waves at the surface of the ocean to rises even more.

Almost everyone in the kingdom noticed that tremor so everyone of them helped to find the said mermaid that would cause the destruction of the entire Kingdom of Arcticus.

"Hatiya Alenna? Did you notice the strong tremor?” Samantha said as she practiced her inherent power together with Wamus.

Here in the whole kingdom there is only one person who can do such damage, none other than Queen Victoria," Wamus explained to them all.

Samantha was terrified about what she discovered.

"Is that how strong was the power of queen Hatiya Alenna? Wamus? I don't think if I can face her to destroy and how can I defeat someone like her who has the ability to destroy this entire kingdom?" Samantha asked and it seemed that she was belittle her self on what she witnessed.

Samantha couldn't help but to be scared because she didn't yet measure avout what she could do more for the sake of the safety of the entire Arcticus. Sh was not yet even in the middle of her training.

"Hatiya Alenna? Wamus? Can I really do all of these responsibilities? What if I can't? What if ---?" Samantha asked out of her fear and suddenly she was stopped by Alenna's anger.

"Shut up Samantha! We didn't raise you to become a coward ones! Learn to fight for this kingdom against Victoria's evil! The questions are enough Samantha! Whether you can do it or not! Give justice to those who were killed because of her greed! Change our world! Samantha, we are all immortals and yet we will all be perish here in the kingdom of Arcticus but we will all remain alive in Arquivas if our death catches up with us! But Samantha, know what is happening now in Arquivas! Trust yourself that you can! You can't escape what the prophecy says about Samantha! Please stand up for all of us!” Alenna’s words to Samantha give her motivation to continue her training.

A very early commotion of people from the beach near Resort Del Valle overlooks Daven as he drinks his tea facing the vast ocean view.

Daven couldn't be sure about the reason for the commotion of those people so he decided to leave the cup of tea first and get a little closer to those people who were there.

He saw a lot of people in a commotion picking up dead fish that had flocked along the shore. There were so many, and he wondered why was that happened? There we no storm reported and the weather was soo clear.

From a distance, Daven noticed a large crowd, two dead fishermen, who were there at the middle of the crowd.

"What the hell was going on in this place?" Daven muttered and as he looked around he saw an old man who was considered crazy by those people living in the island!

"Rage from the ocean! The imminent end of evil and darkness in the kingdom! The nymph savior has come!" said an old man looking up at the sky facing the ocean.

"Oh, and this is even more weird!” Daven said to himself and couldn’t understand everything that was happened that day.

Daven wondered what was exactly the reason why those fish and two fishermen was killed.

He went back to where he had left a cup of tea that he hadn’t finished drinking. Daven was still silent, and thinking about what the old man had said and immediately called his maid Teresa.

"Teresa, could you please check on our stocks of foods and give it to those bereaved family nearby, and please give all of it to them," Daven ordered Teresa.

"Yes sir! Sure! I'mgoing to do it right now," Teresa quickly answered him.

"But wait, Teresa. I still have something for you to ask," he said. "Teresa, have you heard about nymphs, mermaids something like that?" he asked her.

"Ohhh, about it sir? What makes you thought about that sir Daven?" said Teresa laughing.

"No! Nothing, I'm just curious about it," he said.

"Back then sir, most of the people talked about that because it was said that there was a man who fell in love with a mermaid the sad thing was that the mermaid is a queen, so the mermaid was cursed to die and the man was just reported to have been taken by the ocean, that's the gossip i heard then sir when I just got here," Teresa told him.

"Okay, okay Teresa. Thank you for your legendary story," Daven told her as he laughed and joked with his maid.

"Well, you sir! You ask questions and then when you got the answer you just laugh at me!" Teresa said to her young boss and she turned headed to take care of the other things she was ordered to do.

Daven was very curious about the nymphs story in that place. But as a young man growing up in a big city he was not totally convinced that mermaids are existing.

"Alenna! Alenna! Alenna!" Lilo hurriedly dived in and his voice was hoarse as he called Alenna's name to where they were.

"Lilo? Why? What’s wrong with you?” Alenna asked her in wondering why Lilo came like he was from chaos while Wamus and Samantha were busy with the training.

“Victoria’s soldiers and servants are coming here to inspect our rooms and find the nymph that referred by the prophecy,” Lilo told her in her hoarse and small voice.

Alenna's face and reaction were almost unpaintable from what she heard from Lilo. Although Lilo's voice was small, Wamus and Samantha noticed it so they stopped training.
