The work for today was almost done, and he would be able to meet with the private detective as planned. He needed to find out who Roy was, whatever he was up to, all the dirt that he could dig up on him, something, anything to use to keep him away from Ruby.

Pushing that to the back of his mind, he focused on the file in front of him. He was tired and the fatigue was from not taking a break to have anything to eat and working since he got to the office this morning.
