Alpha Gaius.

Finally, after walking around and trying to strengthen the walls and station more men around, we were finally done for the day. Tired but feeling fulfilled that all was able to work out, I went back to the mansion, knowing that Evelyn would still be waiting for me. I got in and saw her sleeping on the couch. I sighed and shook her to wake up, knowing that she must have fallen asleep while waiting for me to return.

“Hey, Kitty,” I called to her when she stretched and opened her eyes.

“You’re back.” She said, sitting up straight. I nodded at her, and patted her head gently. “What’s going on? What was in the letter?” She asked immediately.

“Why were you sleeping on the couch? You should have slept in the room,” I said to her, still patting her head. I knew that she was curious about the letter but I didn’t want to tell her anything so that she wouldn’t get worried about all that was going on.

“I was waiting for you.” She said, yawning. “What was in the letter?” She aske

Gaius. With the anger in me, I swiftly moved to the cell to interrogate the assistant manager and see if he would be able to produce the name of another person that was under the influence of Alpha Cyrus and working in my pack for the man. As I walked through the corridor of the dungeon, a voice called out to me from the dark cell. “Alpha Gaius.”I turned to the side to see the Elder that had revolted against Evelyn while I was away and left her in charge. I turned very well to look at her and hear what she wanted to say. “I didn’t know you were back, Alpha Gaius.” She let out in a somewhat surprised tone. She moved out of the dark and came to the entrance, the bar holding her away from her freedom. “Please get me out of here.” She pleaded. I took a good look at her and wondered if she was part of the people I thought I could trust but she wasn’t there as I thought. If not, I saw no reason why I would trust my people to take care of my pack and my Luna but they would end up being

Evelyn. “And on that note, I will be holding a coronation soon for Evelyn to become my Luna!” I heard the announcement the moment I arrived at the open field after Grace came to call me about my mate punishing one of the people who were the protesters during the attack. A coronation? For me to become the Luna officially?“That is such amazing news, Luna,” Grace said with so much excitement in her voice. “Now, everyone who looked down on you will all get it from the Alpha and they won’t ever say anything bad about you again.” She said, jumping up and down in excitement. I looked at Grace and all the way he was feeling excited and I felt bad because I wasn’t sharing in any of her joy and enthusiasm. While a coronation felt amazing to be held for me, I had the kind and thought that it was just not worth it. Of all the problems we had, coronation was just not part of them at the point. There were other pressing matters which required attention and urgent care. “Luna?” Grace called, s

Evelyn. “This one is hot on your body!” Alpha Gaius breathed against my neck, nuzzling his nose against my back, sending tingling tingles down my spine. I shivered against his touch and moaned in pleasure when he moved his hand against my breasts, and inched closer to him to give him closer access to the breasts. The clothes I was putting on barely covered the breasts anyway because of how transparent it was. “Hmmm.” The Alpha breathed. His hand squeezed my right breast while he licked my lips with his mouth. His palm played along my bare legs for a little while, then he moved them up to my thigh and he punched me lightly. "Ouch!" I said in faked horror. "What's the plan?" "The plan is for me to fuck the hell out of you," he paused in his words and kissed my neck. "And make sure you can't walk properly for the next two days after I'm done with you." I moaned softly. I knew he couldn't tell if his words had aroused me or if it was his wet tongue circling my neck. Whichever one

Gaius. There was only a day left for the coronation of the Luna. Once we were done with the crowning and all, I was ready to bash anybody who spoke ill of my mate. Compared to the punishment of the Elder, the punishment would be worse. “Is everything ready for tomorrow’s occasion?” I asked the Elder that was in charge of the ceremony. “Yes, Alpha Gaius.” He answered, nodding his head to support his words. “Good,” I said, nodding my head as well. When everything was discussed about tomorrow, I released the man to go on his own. I was about to call the person in charge of the clothes needed for the occasion when the Beta walked in, a gloomy look on his face. “Alpha.” He called in a solemn voice. I knew that something was wrong somehow. “What is it? What’s happening?” I asked, looking at him. The phone in my hand was long forgotten for its purpose. Silently, the man handed me an envelope. I collected it from him with curiosity and quickly opened it to read. I sighed when I saw tha

Alpha Cyrus“You dare!” I heard Alpha Gaius yell from where he stood at the entrance of the door. I took a good look at him and saw that his eyes were blazing red. Even before he moved with speed from where he stood and was soon standing in front of me. “Do you want to die?!” He growled and held my throat. I staggered backward and tried to move away from him but it proved abortive. I soon found that it was not possible so I held his hand with mine to get him to move off. When I realized that I could not break free, I began to slap his hand. My eyes began to water and I couldn’t hold my breath for long anymore. I tried to control myself to get my wolf out on the surface so that my strength would match his own but because I couldn’t concentrate, it was hard to come to terms with my wolf. I had to save myself. “Alpha Gaius!” I heard a man yelling suddenly. I couldn’t turn to look at whoever it was as my eyes were already closing to the dark oblivion that was reaching out to me. “Yo

Evelyn. “Welcome,” I greeted my mate the moment I sighted him from afar. I rushed to his side and attempted to kiss him. I noticed the subtle way he shifted sideways so I wouldn’t accomplish my mission. I looked at him but didn't say anything. I attempted to kiss him again but he repeated the action. I couldn’t help but think that he was doing whatever he did deliberately. “Are you okay?” I asked him. From all indications, it was clear that he was fine. I became more worried that I might have unknowingly done something wrong to him. “Did I do something wrong?” I asked, rushing to his side when I saw that he was no longer where I was standing. To that, he turned around. “When I walked in here, did I tell you that you did something wrong?” He snapped at me. The volume of his voice made me shiver and I found myself moving away from him involuntarily. As I took each step backward, tears began to drop from my face. I couldn’t fathom why it was that the man had snapped at me that

  • My ex-Luna came back for revenge   Who are you?

Gaius. “I said who the hell are you?!” I yelled again as I looked at the strange man who was driving us. My hands felt numb as I tried to take the steering wheel from the man. “What’s going on, Gaius?” Evelyn shouted from the back. I could hear the panic in her voice. As much as I didn’t want to hurt her or make her afraid, I knew I had to tell her the truth. If I didn’t, her worries were only going to increase. “The driver is not–“ I was cut off abruptly as the strange man in the driving seat matched the accelerator and swerved to the side at the same time. That dislodged me and I hit my head against the roof of the car. “Aaarrrggghhh!” I heard Evelyn yell. My heart skipped and I quickly turned my head to look at her and make sure she was not hurt. “Are you okay?” I asked, drawing back to look at her all over. Too stunned to speak, she simply nodded her head. I heard a sinister chuckle from the strange man and it was one that was mocking. “I’ve had enough!” I stormed at th

Instead, they took turns to laugh at me one after the other lije I just said the most funny thing ever. Who were these people? The last thing I knew before I found myself here was the moment when Alpha Gaius asked me to hide inside the car while he went after the people who were firing against us. The next thing I knew was that someone banged the door of the car open. Here i co to d scream or get the attention of the Alpha, I was knocked out. Now I was awake and I found two men dragging me in the floor like I was some sort of animal. I wanted to tell myself that I knew who was in charge of this kidnapping, but I managed to refrain myself. For once, they were not trying to drag me back into the man's pack. If there was one thing I had come to realize, it was the fact that Alpha Cyrus was a man w

  • My ex-Luna came back for revenge   New beginning.

EvelynThe pain came in waves, sharp and relentless. My breathing was shallow as I clung to Gaius’s hand, his steady presence the only thing keeping me grounded. I had prepared for this moment—or at least I thought I had. But nothing could have prepared me for the overwhelming pressure, the way my body felt like it was tearing apart.“Breathe, Evelyn,” Gaius said softly, his voice calm but firm. “You’ve got this.”I nodded, though the words felt distant. Another contraction hit, and I cried out, my wolf stirring restlessly inside me.Grace entered the room, followed by the midwife, a kind but no-nonsense woman named Marion. She took one look at me and started giving instructions, her voice steady and reassuring.“You’re doing great, Evelyn,” Marion said, kneeling by the bed. “But the baby isn’t in the right position yet. It might take some time.”I groaned, my grip on Gaius’s hand tightening. “I don’t know if I can do this,” I whispered, tears streaming down my face.“Yes, you can,” G

EvelynThe ride back to the pack was quiet. Gaius sat beside me, his hand resting on my knee, a comforting weight in the stillness. I leaned my head against the window, watching the trees blur past. My mind wandered, replaying the confrontation with Roman. His words didn’t haunt me the way I thought they might. Instead, I felt a strange calm, like I’d closed the door on a part of my life that had long held me captive. I wasn’t afraid of him anymore. He couldn’t hurt me now.Gaius’s voice pulled me out of my thoughts. “You’ve been quiet,” he said softly, glancing at me.I turned to him, offering a small smile. “Just thinking.”“About Roman?” he asked, his tone careful.I nodded. “He’s bitter. Angry. But he’s nothing now. Just a shadow of what he used to be.”Gaius squeezed my knee gently. “You’re stronger than him, Evelyn. You always were.”His words warmed me, and I placed my hand over his. “Thank you,” I said softly. The pack house came into view, its familiar structure a welcome si

  • My ex-Luna came back for revenge   A chance of a lifetime.

EvelynI stood barefoot on the sand, the turquoise waves lapping at the shore. Gaius walked up behind me, his arms circling my waist as he pulled me against his chest. “What are you thinking about?” he asked, his voice low and comforting.I smiled, leaning into him. “I was just trying to remember the last time I felt this peaceful.”He kissed the top of my head. “It’s been a long time, hasn’t it?”“It feels like a lifetime ago,” I admitted. Our honeymoon had been nothing short of magical. After everything we had been through—the battles, the loss, the constant chase of Cyrus’s shadow—this felt like a dream. We had traveled to a secluded island, a place untouched by war or worry, where the only sounds were the waves and the laughter of the locals. For the past few days, we had let ourselves forget about the rest of the world. We’d explored hidden waterfalls, hiked through lush jungles, and shared quiet meals by candlelight. It felt like we were rediscovering each other, peeling back th

EvelynThe days after the healer’s news were filled with quiet worry. At first, I thought I was just exhausted from everything we’d been through—the battles, the losses, the rebuilding. But my body felt heavier with each passing day, and the symptoms only grew worse.Gaius barely left my side, his eyes constantly flicking to me with a worry he tried to hide. But I could feel it in his touch, in the way his hand would linger on mine, or how he’d wrap an arm around me as if afraid I might disappear.“You need to rest,” he told me for the hundredth time as I sat on the couch one afternoon, my head resting against his shoulder.“I am resting,” I said, though the ache in my body made it clear that rest alone wasn’t enough.“We’re seeing the healer again,” he said firmly. “Something isn’t right.”I didn’t argue. I didn’t have the energy to.The healer, an older man with kind eyes and steady hands, greeted us warmly when we arrived. But as he examined me, his expression grew serious. He did

EvelynThe land was quiet, the chaos of the fight replaced by an eerie stillness. It was over. Cyrus was gone, and his reign of terror had ended. But as I walked through the remains of the battlefield, the weight of everything we’d lost pressed heavily on my chest. Those that died were being gathered, their bodies lined carefully, as survivors worked tirelessly to restore some semblance of order. I spotted Gaius in the distance, directing soldiers and healers with the same calm authority that had always been his strength. Even from here, I could see the exhaustion etched into his features, but he didn’t falter. He turned as I approached, his eyes softening when they met mine. “Evelyn,” he said, stepping closer. His hand rested gently on my arm, his touch grounding me. “You shouldn’t be out here. You need to rest.”“I’m fine,” I said, though the truth was far from it. • My ex-Luna came back for revenge   The truth about Cyrus.

GaiusThe battlefield was eerily quiet. Smoke curled in thin tendrils from scattered fires, and the once deafening sounds of battle had faded into an uneasy silence. Around us, Cyrus’s forces lay defeated, either dead or having fled into the shadows. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, it seemed like we might actually win.But Cyrus wasn’t done.He stood alone in the clearing, his once-pristine black coat torn and bloodstained, but his stance was still defiant. His smirk, cruel and venomous, clung stubbornly to his face as though he knew something we didn’t.I tightened my grip on my blade, my wolf pacing restlessly inside me. “It’s over, Cyrus,” I said, stepping forward. “Your army is gone. Surrender now, and maybe we’ll let you live.”His laugh echoed across the field, cold and sharp. “You think I’m afraid of dying, Gaius?” he spat. “You think this is the end for me?”“It is,” I said firmly, my voice calm but unyielding. “You’ve lost everything.”Cyrus took a step forw

GaiusAs I carried Evelyn’s unconscious form through the dense forest. My arms tightened around her as I pushed forward, my heart pounding with a mixture of fear and urgency. She felt so fragile in my hold, and the thought of her being hurt clawed at me.Behind me, Raven led the way, limping but determined. Despite her battered appearance, her eyes burned with a fierceness I hadn’t seen in years. She had gathered guards and allies in a makeshift camp deep in the woods—a safe zone where we could regroup and plan our next move against Cyrus. The soft murmurs of voices and the faint glow of campfires appeared ahead. Relief flooded through me. At least we’d reached some measure of safety for the moment. The guards at the perimeter stiffened as we approached, their weapons raised until they recognized us. “Alpha Gaius!” one of them called out, rushing forward.“Clear a path,” I ordered, my voice tight. “She needs care.”They stepped aside without question, their faces etched with concern a

His head was bowed, his body trembling.“How many this time?” I asked, my voice low and steady. The rogue flinched, his fear bleeding into the silence. “Three squads, my Lord,” he stammered. “They... they deserted last night.”I sat back, my fingers curling around the armrests of the throne.“Three squads,” I repeated slowly, “And what did they take with them?”“S-supplies, my Lord,” he whispered, barely able to meet my eyes. “Weapons, food... they stole what they could carry.”My wolf stirred, snarling at the edges of my mind. Traitors. After everything I had done—everything I had sacrificed—this was how they repaid me?“You’re telling me,” I said, rising from my seat, “that a third of my army has turned tail and fled? That they think they can run from me?”The rogue didn’t answer. He didn’t dare.“Look at me,” I commanded, my voic

His glowing green eyes locked on us.Gaius gritted his teeth. “We just need to make it a little farther.”“No, we don’t,” I said, coming to a sudden stop.Gaius staggered as I pulled him to a halt. He turned to me, his face pale and bloodied. “What are you doing?”I straightened, letting go of his arm. “We can’t keep running. You can’t keep running.”“Evelyn, don’t,” he said, shaking his head. “We have to keep moving.”“No,” I said firmly. “We won’t make it.
