Night of the formal

The last five days had flown by in a blur. I smiled as I watched Alana’s black BMW speed into the drive way for us to get ready together for our formal, she jumps out and runs to my door but I have it opened before she could even knock. “Ready gorgeous?” She asks and I giggle and nod. I’m not one for dances usually but I was really excited to meet my mate tonight and I felt butterflies in my stomach. After about 4 hours Alana had my hair in a half up half down ponytail with curls making my hair have more volume then normal and my makeup was a black and purple Smokey eye look. I smile as I put on the earrings and necklace she got me and I turn around to see her in a red and black pair like the pair she got me and damn did she look good. I get nervous as she pulls out the dress bags with our gowns and I bite my lip hoping it looks as good on me as it did on the mannequin. Alana then helps me slip on the dress and she zips me up and I help her before looking at myself in the mirror. I was stunned, my dress was gorgeous, it hugged all my curves and was lace and see through in all the right places it had a sweet heart neck line and was backless, the heels Alana had gotten me made me just tall enough to not trip over my dress and I loved it. As I turned to Alana I gasped she looked stunning her dress was a black and ombré and was a short in the front long in the back mermaid dress that had the sleeves that hung off her shoulders. Her mate would be lucky as hell and she knew it. I smile as it finally hit 7:30pm for us to leave for the formal and we walked out after taking a million pictures together. We climb in her BMW and head to the hotel the formal was being held at. We pulled up and seen everyone walking in, the entire school was excited to this dance since it was the first dance of the year. I smile walking in with her when the mouth watering scent of fresh woods and rain hit my nose and I blush as I just wanted to sit and smell that scent forever. Before I could even say anything Alana was already walking a whole different direction straight for a tall guy with blonde hair who happened to be walking towards her as well and I smile knowing exactly who it was, her mate. I smile and for some reason found my body carrying me to the scent that was driving my senses wild and had me drooling. For some reason I stop at the door of a room in the hotel and I blush as my body as if on its own accord opens the door to see none other then Shade Andrews as he was getting out the shower draped in a towel that hung dangerously low on his hips and I blush looking away and turning around as I hear him chuckle “yes leana can I help you?” He asks playfully as he walks up behind me shutting the door as he wraps his huge arms around my small frame and sniffs my neck as my body starts to feel as if it’s on fire from his touch “y-you’ve known this entire time haven’t you…..?” I managed to choke out as he growls almost sounding like a purr and I blush “you look so fucking gorgeous leana” he whispers in my ear as he backs away from me and I turn around to face him as he walks to get dressed. “You didn’t answer me Shade” I whisper again and he sighs and smirks “I’ve known since my birthday last year since the full moon was on my 18th birthday leana it’s why I’ve been messing with you this entire year I just wanted you to figure it out on your own” he chuckles and shrugs as if it’s not a big deal. I look down feeling as if this was a mistake and I turn to leave but before I knew it Shade had me turned around and pinned to the door his face near my neck as I feel his hot breath on my skin as he whispers in my ear “ do you know how hard it’s been this past year not touching you or marking you and feeling your body under mine…… I couldn’t think about anyone but you and it’s driven me fucking crazy!” He growls seductively as he runs his hands up my side and he places kisses down my neck to where his mark should be and I gasp feeling the heat from his kiss mixed with the coolness of his snake bites and he smirks and whispers “the things I’ve wanted to do to you have been the only thing on my mind since I found out” he looks me in my eyes and before I could say a word he smashes his lips to mine and growls as he licks my lip for entrance and as if on instinct I allow him in and he groans and finds his way to my zipper on my dress and before I know it my dress has fallen from my body. So much for going to the dance I thought blushing as his hands roam my naked body and he moans as he lifts me up and I wrap my arms and legs around him as he breaks the kiss, kissing and nipping at my neck causing me to moan out “ahh sh-shade” I tremble blushing he chuckles carrying me to the bed and climbs over top of me dropping his towel and god that man was made from the gods because he was gorgeous. I run my hands over his body which causes him to shiver and groan as his eyes flash from his normal bright blue to gold showing his wolf is wanting to mark me just as much as I want him to. He bends down and looks me in my eyes and growls “tell me what you want leana” and I blush. “You I want you” I say biting my lip.
