Ji Won’s Residence.

Ji Won’s POV.

I combed my hair back neatly as I took in my appearance in the mirror. Not a single strand was out of place and my face was clean-shaven as usual. I pulled my tie up and straightened my collar before throwing on my black suit jacket.

I adjusted the buttons on my wrists and took in my reflection once more. I disliked not being neat and proper, a habit I had developed when my mother was still alive. My empty eyes glared back at me annoyed by my thoughts.

My mind was wandering again, I sighed.

My phone rang jutting me out of the rabbit hole I was about to fall into. It was Baek Jin, he usually barged in here whenever he arrived to pick me up. Was he calling because I told him he lacked manners?

“What?” I answered.

“Good morning to you too, my sunshine.” He responded sarcastically.

“If you don’t have
