Chapter 8

Alistair

"Don't invite her. She hates parties and loud places. She won't be able to handle the noise there." Alistair said. 

His birthday is coming up next week. There will be a party, of course. He's a son of the owner of one of the biggest company in the world. 

His part will be different from the other rich kid. There are two venues for his party. One in a bar, one in a hotel. They will held a party at the hotel for the people invited by his parents. And he will held a party at the bar for his friends and for people he invited. 

Isn't it fascinating?

"Are you worried about him, bro?" Tristan asked while grinning.

"Nah. Why would I be worried about that freak?"

"You're referring to yourself, right?" I sarcastically said.

"Nah, I'm referring to you."

"Oh, I thought you're referring to yourself. Because between us, you're the freak and not me."

"Okay, that's enough." Raia rebukes us.

"Will you two please stop fighting?" - Alexa.

"We will never stop on arguing if he will continue on saying something in everything I say and I do." I said.

"We will never stop fighting because I will never stop on noticing everything she does and says."

Someone suddenly landed a delight in front of me. When I looked at the person who landed, it was Jake. "That's your favorite, isn't it?" He said before leaving. 

He hasn't forgotten that yet. He gave me two big delights. Yes, I love it so we always have this in our refrigerator. I like it better than yakult. 

Apart from the straw, I like the of delight taste better than yakult. 

"Do you like that?" Lexa asked. 

I nodded in response. I poked the straw in delight before I sucked it. It's really delicious. It's taste never change. 

"You should have tell us." Tristan said. 

"You're didn't asked." 

"Do we have to ask you?" Alistair replied. 

"Why do you say WE? Only Tristan and Blake buy snacks for us, you're not included." 

"Do THEY have to ask you?" He sarcastically asked, emphasizing the word 'THEY' 

"Hmm." 

"It's okay, it's okay. That's enough." Tristan sighed. "She likes the delight and she loves it." He added. 

"Now you know." I said. 

We went back to our class after the break. Our class ended well today. Jake doesn't bother me either. Raia and I went out of the room together with Ash. I went to the locker room for a while to get a book because we had an assignment. 

"Temper Tantrum!" I knew that voice very well. He's the only one who calls me in that name. 

I thought I could get out of here now without seeing him, I was wrong again. Sh*t! He approached me at the same time. "I'll bring you." He offer. 

I removed his hand from my shoulder before speaking. 

"I have a motor to ride on." I said. "That's good, I didn't bought my car today. Come on." 

I want to complain but he grabbed my bag where the key of my motorcycle is so I can't do anything. 

"I'll go ahead." I say goodbye to my friends. 

"All right, be careful." Tristan said. 

"Take care Andrea." Alexa and Raia said at once. 

Blake just tapped me on the shoulder. 

"Take care, moonlight." Ash said patting my shoulder at the same time. 

"You too." I said. "Hurry up, temper tantrum!" The jerk who stole my bag shouted. 

He was already at the entrance of our school and on the motorbike so I ran closer to him. Why does he walk so fast? I just said goodbye to my friends and then he arrived at the entrance immediately. 

"You're slow." he teased me when I arrived at the entrance where he was. 

"You're that swift. Good for you, tss." I hissed 

"Do you still live there?" 

"Do we have another house?" 

"Whatever." 

"You offered to take me to our house, you didn't even bought a car." I said. 

"Of course, I'll take you home using your motor." he said. 

I just ignored him. I took a helmet and rode in the back. I just wish that he won't throw me away while he's driving.

"Hold on." he said. "I'm already holding on you." I said. 

"Not there. Here..." 

He took my hand from behind then put it to his waist. Now, I'm hugging him. This pervert! He's doing this on purpose. I'll kill this man later.

~ Home ~ 

We are sitting in the living room when we got home. I didn't get a chance to punch this jerk because my parents came outside when we arrive. 

It's his lucky day today. He should be thankful. If my parents didn't come out, he is probably crawling right now and he won't be able to walk for a month.

My parents cook pasta for this jerk. They didn't go to the restaurant today because there aren't that many customers. Unlike before, a lot of customers are coming in.

"Jake, eat." Mom's offer. 

Jake is pretending like he doesn't want to eat because he's shy but later on, he will eat it all. 

They also baked cookies, that's all I ate. 

The pasta they cooked is not enough for Jake and Andrei. These two are so voracious. 

"How have you been, Jake? Long time no see." Andrello greeted him. 

He just arrived from somewhere. He's been going out lately but we don't know where he always go. 

Jake is close to my family. It was as if my parents wants to adopt him. 

"Long time no see." Jake also greeted him and hugged my brother. 

Gays. 

"How are you?" Andrello asked. 

He sat down next to his sensual friend. 

"Just like before." Jake replied. 

"Still a jerk." I whispered but I knew they heard it. 

"Andeng." Dad called my name. He's using his scary voice again. 

I just shut my mouth and kept quiet. 

"Eat more, Jake." mama said. 

"Yes, tita." he said shyly. 

What a great pretender, tss. Jake is kind to my parents and family but when it comes to me, he's a jerk. That's why they like him. 

"Are you here for good?" Andrew asked. 

"Hmm, yeah." he replied. 

It looks like this school year will be hell again. 

Damn! 

"Are you two in the same class?" Papa asked. 

"Yes, Tito." 

They were happy in Jake's response. What's funny about us being classmates? That's annoying not funny! 

"You have take care of our princess, ah?" Mom said. 

"I can handle myself." I replied. 

"I know but still, you need someone to protect you. Report to me everything my daughter does at school, ah?" she added. 

The animal looked at me with a grin.

"Yes, Tita. Don't worry." he answered.

"I said that I don't need a guard. I can handle myself. Just ask him to take care of Andrei not me."

"I don't care if you can take care of yourself. He can't take care of Andrei because they're not in the sane class."

"So you want him to take care of me? I can take care of myself, mama!"

"Andrea, we just want to make sure your safety." Papa said.

"I can guarantee you my own safety."

"You're still a girl."

"Oh, come on. I'm a lady not a girl."

"It's just the same."

"No it's not."

"Yes it is."

Arghh!

What did they think of me? Child? Tss.
