I ran as fast as my legs could carry me and didn’t stop until I got to my room. Tears blurred my vision as I ran and it wasn’t surprising that I hit my leg on a stone and travelled down the ground.

My leg ached terribly as I limped down the remaining distance to my room. Once I got to my room, I broke into tears and sank into bed, playing around every single thing that happened that evening.

I could still hear the echoes of Jason’s voice and that was enough to make me scream harder. And then, the taunting that came from Ashley and Bianca was another thing to deal with . And James who I wanted to talk to was there, making out with another lady…

My life was in a mess and I felt so alone. I didn’t have a single person to talk to or call a friend in the entire academy and for the first time since I came to the academy, I felt that I wasn’t fit for it.

Perhaps, this wasn’t meant for me.

There was no use being at the academy when I had no one by my side. Everyone seemed to have th
